Boys, can I say something first, because that wasn't that bad. At the first and last time smitty opened. Well, I didn't think that was that bad. Honestly, he sounds like your principal. Yeah, doing morning announcements. Good Morning Kids, morning. Yeah, yeah, you know, we could restarted now. I can do the whole intro playing it on next week. It was one of the music. He was a good effort, Smitty. I didn't think it was that bad. Honestly, it was good. It was it was better than what I did. I'm in the room, so you rip me because normally when you guys did what I'm not here and I get that I did. I said you were a professional. We don't. I said you were a professional. Jim Always, don't throw me in that. The peanut. How are the great well let' Let's talk about the final roster first. Any surprises on the cuts? We went through some of the roster a week we're in here and I think I was surprised to see Dave on Taylor even I didn't, even though I didn't really do much, I felt like we had a lot of linebackers. I would be honest, because I thought. I didn't think Harris would get caught and I didn't think they would take three Andreaf the free agents. I agree with Jobi, I mean blank and ship. We'll see about him, but like yeah, I mean we'll see, but obviously they got rid of Harris because they made that move with the Saint. So and they bring Harrish back still. So, yeah, they made the big train with the saints. Brought in a I don't we were talking about it before the show. I don't know if he do. You think he's being brought in for safety, but I think they'll use him as a similar way to Malcolm Jakins. Yeah, that's fine. And Gannon, who's the defensive back specialist. You know, that's what he came up as, to become a defense cordinator. Why not add one more to the arsenal. This guy is apparently the so here Bob. You'll like this. This is an analogy for you. He's like the Matt Barnaby the NFL. Right, he's a guy that you hate. He's a ship Talker, he gets under everybody's skinning, but you hate him when he's played against but when he's on your team you're gonna love him. So if he's a Matt Barnaby, then that's pretty good. I mean, who likes Matt Barnaby? Right? Nobody's teammates. So we'll love him. Um, yeah, it gives his team, gives his defense a little bit more of an identity. I thought a little bit of edge missing. I thought the roster construction was good. Like, I don't think there's anybody that you kept. You know, normally you'll keep a third quarterback. I mean I know that they just picked up in book or whatever, but like, I don't think there was anybody on this team that like surprised me, that got caught. Like I said this week, I thought the whole Devin Allen was a good story, but I'm glad that he's on the practice squad getting D of I mean, if you I watched the press conference yesterday and Davante Smith was basically like almost...

...like good riddance, like, Oh, did you talk to him on the way out? No, like I think these guys are ready like just a change of scenery, like He. He obviously wasn't built from the Ful Philadelphia in the beginning. And the fact that they got more for him than Mary Cooper and is crazy to make they actually got good value. Yeah, I mean you gotta look at the Mary Cooper a little bit different though, too. That was a salary dump. He was making a lot of money. So if I'm yeah, I won't disagree with you there. But that's that plays in a little bit. I mean we got a better trade, of marginally better trade. I mean you got an extra picky, you got extra pick. I mean Cleveland just swapped the big movement. It's addition by subtraction. And Uh, today Sirianni had a press conference today and the first thing they were talking about was regor and they said, you know, when they came into the press conference it was Um at the beginning of his answer to it. You didn't hear the question. You're not sure what exactly he was talking about. And then finally he said he's no longer on the team anymore. He's with the Minnesota Vikings. I said he's talking about Reagor and that was it. He didn't want to say anything about Reagor. He's like he's going, he's he's a memory, he's in the rear room mirror. Let's move on. Yeah, and that's the way. Yeah, exactly. Nothing surprised me and we know that. You know. Was He a distraction? Did he become a distraction in the locker room? I mean, I think he became a distraction in the fact with like social media, I think they got tired, you know, going back and forth with fans and like, you know, like to me he seems cocky and he looked at the first game like and then that was it and you never saw anything from he saw like one punk return in the packers game. When the first game hurts, that was it. Yeah, he he seemed really cocky for a guy that didn't really make much of an impact and maybe he just got yeah, maybe he just got annoying in the locker room. So I don't know if it messed with the you know, the culture of the locker room or whatever, but you know, I could just be I'm just speaking on you know, I don't know anything. I think he was more of a headache for the for the for the coaching staff in the front office. Yeah, because I looked, think he was too much of the distraction and I don't know if he was a distraction delayers, because he he made no impact on the team at all. That's what the thing was, though. He carried himself a little bit like he did, just like dude, you know, relax, and but the players, yeah, yeah, but they also it's a distraction when he's the topic of conversation like who cares? You know, you know what, if, if you're if you're if that's going to bother you as a professional athlete. Not that it's a bother, it's just that they don't talk about them. Like no one cares about it. Let's say, like the receiving corps is a lot better. Like right, you got Watkins. Let's face its, Watkins was a sixth round pick. Better than so like to me. He's done. Like, like Jim said, you know, he's in the every mirror. The players probably like good riddance. Alright. Well, I said, don't kick him in the I don't think he was that much of a distraction because I think he went into he went into the off season. No, he had had a fight job. I think that. Yeah, but I don't really that's PR stuff. But like him him on following the eagles. That gets talked about because of the white social media is the days, the black screens on his profile. Pictures like that gets talk yeah, yeah, that that. That gets talked about like it's just stupid stuff, but it's still talked about. They try to make a story out of anything. Teammates in the locker room were talking about that. They're just busting his ball. No, but it gets talked about, Michael, like what we're doing right now. We're talking about it. I mean it makes stories out of it. So what was what was your surprise? You made it. I mean I thought that. I don't. I still think it's crazy to me that the best basically our George Obama, whichever you want to say, is a toss up the best team in college football a guy that's a starting corner for the past three years. He was on drafted from Alabama because he thinks. No, I think when I was watching the preseason he was okay, I didn't. I don't think he really like I was like, wow, he doesn't need it. Don't need him to start. You know, he's a guy, he gets he's a big dude. I'll say he's a big corner. He's a big he's a big corner for his size. So I mean he reminds me of Douglas a little bit. Yeah, I mean they're deep a basically every position. Now I said safety was the weakest part. That went and addressed it. What about tight end? The Dallas Gotter? Yeah, but you don't. They don't have a second Jack Soul. Yeah, I mean he's a and is tyree Jackson still. I mean, I haven't really heard. He got O J Howard. O J Howard, the Tampa Bay cut J. Yeah, yeah, but he's going to UH, Houston teams. Yeah, Houston had him, I think. I think they really like the kids. I don't have CALCATARA. Yeah, I think they grant. Just call him grant. I thought he'd make it to the practice squad and he was. That was a little bit of...

...a project. He was a draft. Yeah, he was like the fifth round, seventh round, seven. Yeah, because he had all them concussions and he had a bunch of a ton of linebackers, but I mean they need to. Yeah, I mean I'm glad that the team finally values linebackers. I thought they would have kept the running back today they picked up that was actually picked up two running backs today. WHO's last with the jets, I think? And then they picked up tray servant, which tells me, and I know we talked about it last week, that tells me that, like, they didn't make a move. I mean, obviously trey sermons probably gonna be like your goal, I would say goal line back, big back. You know what Boston Scott is. That tells me that they fully believe, and I know we disagreed last week, they fully believe sanders is going to be healthy, well practiced. Yeah, and and Kelsey practice. So, like, do you want to start making comparisons to a super bowl team? No, I'll say they're better. I'm saying on paper seems better than the symbol team. I don't know, I think that. I that then you feel like then you have confidence in Jay Lenarves, if you're saying that. Yeah, yeah, I think on paper this team is good enough. There because the NFC is the weaker conference. I think they're in the mix, but I think as a legit contender to get to the Super Bowl, I don't think they're there yet. To seven eight team in the league, there's probably three or four teams the NFC. Let me issue this. Where's the if you look at the roster? You said tight end. Where's the week's part in this roster? Now you might want to say running back. If you're it's it's not necessarily the roster that you have to look at. I think the things that are going to potentially hold this team back are the guys that are on on the sidelines, the coaches. That's what that's that's what I'm most right about, to be honest with you, because the players on paper are there the field, and that's the quarterback. The biggest question marks are on the side. I think that's a coordinator like Gannon hasn't had the talent that he had. Defense wasn't yes, it was, it was. It was not that there was more holes. For sure. If you if you had, let's just say hypothetically, you go down the linebacker, there's depth on this team. You got down a corner, there's depth. You go to a pass rusher, there's that like there's depth everywhere now. I'm just curious, though, deak, like what what concerns you about the coaching, sad, because that's a little bit about Mike that. That's what I'm concerned with. I want to see Gannon get after it. I want to see him be aggressive. I understand he didn't have the weapons that he has now last year to get after it. I want to see him get after it now. I don't want to see guys ten fifteen yards off a receiver at the line of scrimmage. I want them up in their face. I want him bringing bringing pressure to the quarterback. You know, so it's supposed to be. Officially it's a three down line, a defensive line, I know, but I want to see. I don't know if you can get home with just straight I want to see pressure. They're good enough to rush three and four? Why? I don't think are good enough. Who? WHO's good enough? Josh? What you think? Josh? Yes, because he's pretty. He's got a lot of sacks. Brandon Graham's coming back. He Look Josh Sweat is solid. He's not very good yet. Oh it's solids, close to very good, but it's the same. Yeah, hopefully they rush them the way they should. Yeah, but Josh Sweat had his first one breakout year last year out of what four? Come on, he was playing behind Chris Long, Brandon Graham, behind Chris Long. I think he's progressively because, I mean, I'm not saying he's bad, but he's not. I'm wouldn't say that he's very good. Like if this is his breakout year, if he has a breakout year act year. He kind of came out of contract last year, so they think there was some aren't got him signed him, signed him early. Sign I kind of agree with that. I kind of. I kind of think that John if you look at his numbers, what did he get? Double Digit Sacks last year? No, I think he had just think he just had. It's his best season, but I mean it was his best season, but he wasn't double did sax and we're calling him now. What we're saying that he's a good d n like he's a solid starter. Soss the one year, six sacks he's had product you when he's got a chance to play now here's the other thing. You need seven and a half sacks out of seventeen games. He didn't start every game and he hasn't started every every game. He hasn't been that like when year he had six sacks. He was like a rotational panted more opportunities. Plus the Defensive Line Stack, Jordan Davis, flencher, Cox Heart, know what I'm saying, like that's gonna also make it easier. Jordan Davis is gonna get two or three guys covered alone, which is gonna give sweat one on one matchups. I think you're an offensive coordinator looking at this team, you're gonna say it's gonna be tough to do. You want to throw against slay and Brad Berry and now this new kid. Right,...

...it's go and you really you have. You now have linebackers that can guard tight ends. Yes, like we never really. We haven't had a linebacker like legit cover a tight end in a long time. I fully expect his defense to be head and shoulders better than last year, turnovers and and to finish on the on the offense, I want to see Sirianni balance. Balance was the creative. He has to use it. Sirianna, he gave yeah, he gave up the play calling, which I think was a smart thing to do. Uh, that they have. They have the weapons, they have to put them into to borrow Andy's and they got to put them in a position to be successful. UH, they can't double anybody in the in the receiving corps. Everybody's gonna be single coverage. God it's gonna be. I think Godard's gonna have a field day in the middle of the field because he's too big for a defensive back and he's too fast and athletic for a linebacker to cover. So I think God it should have a huge year, as long as he doesn't trump the ball too much. You know what, to pay me back off of what you said. And another reason why I think Goddard's gonna have a really good year is that he's not like they're not gonna he's not. They're not gonna worry about him as much because they're gonna be worrying about yeah, the way the way to beat the eagles this year is to just limit the big plays, because they have guys that can make a big play for you everywhere on the field. So hell, I'll take ten, fifteen, and then when you get and then when you get in the red zone, this is where it hurts. Become so dynamic. You have his legs. Yeah, you can use him. You can't. You know, you know, uh. Was it Randall or Donovan? Said? Let me be me. I think it was randall or cap during pre uh, preseason years ago, said, let me beat me. You can't take his legs away from him. That's a very uh, it's it's a very important weapon to his to his arsenal, and it's a very effective weapon to his arsenal. The arms suspect, but the but the legs are not. You can't take that away from it. You gotta let him do what he does and he can't do it too often by design, because then it gets it's portable threat. It has to be a threat and it has to be every that's that's where stikeen was really crucialist year in play calling, because they didn't really go into that running run first offense told about when they went on their run. Really no pun intended, but I mean, you know, that's what that's what, that's what set them off that. Yeah, you know what. Thank you know, but I mean that's what Stiken was good there and he just realized, all right, we got the best a line in football. Let's just run behind them and that's what they're gonna probably do again this year. So are you okay with that, though? I don't think they're going. Yeah, I mean it opens off the passing. I think they have to be a little more balance this year, because they have to have you got to keep those guys happy and throw the ball. Those paychecks probably say you still you gotta keep them happy, but you're gonna, I think you're gonna throw a lot. I hope so. I want to see it hurts throw the ball more. All talking like that's and taking the top off of everything. Does that mean one of the guys we beat on regularly and here? Does that mean sanders finally has a decent ar contract season? Does that mean, because you're talking about big place guy's double to him. He's the kind of guy can take it sixty yeah, he's a big play threat all the time. When you talk about the offensive line that's in front of him and you talk about linebackers and defensive backs worried about all the receivers, they got to deal with that, he should. He should average five yards and carry. That's what he's done. Yeah, but if if you look at uh, the balance of his runs it's because he breaks off yard. That's true. Two, three, year, seven. Oh, yeah, exactly. He doesn't get into the end zone, but he does he get tackled at the key. Gamewell gets it. Yeah, yeah, we keep forgeting about him. Game Do you think? Are you worried that they're gonna pass too much? No, no, it's bad. I think it's I think it's gonna have a good secondary. You'RE gonna attack the secondary. It depends on what team you're playing and what the matchups are. Right, and and that's where you give credit to Howie. I mean, I don't know if we're jumping into that next topic already, but I mean, I mean you watch that Bucks playoff game last year, where did I mean? Todd Bowles literally came out and said that this guy can't read a defense. I mean he was miked up saying that, that this guy can't read us are in defense. I mean, and how we know? You know how he probably saw that and heard that and he's like, well, how can we get better? So I mean bringing the number one exactly, you bring in a top ten wide receiver and a J Brown and you help your...

...offense by getting another running back and also I think hurts worked on it a lot. He didn't. He only threw really on the sidelines. He was. He never really went down the middle of the field. So I think that's gonna be a big part of this game now too, because you have a j brown who made a career so far off for running slants and just taking it to the house because nobody can guard him on a slant. I was confused on what she was trying to say. I'm sorry, there's comment on the screen. kind of caught my attention. I'm not sure what you're saying, but we appreciate it. From major dude. Sweat going on in here. She's sweating sweat. She means Josh what? Oh, because you were talking about Josh what maybe? I just think. I just think she's a little crowded in there. Nothing but guys. I think that's what she's all right, shout out the nick. Appreciate keep keep comment. We love to bring people into the comments, into the conversation. So you want to get into the hat. I know you, like all of us, want to. I can't take you serious with the Buffalo Wings show. No matter what, no matter what you say, is gonna go around that's what I told him, like, dude, it's honestly, just leave it. It's not it's not that bad. It's not that I don't really care. You can't see it on camera, but hey, hey, hey, hey, my cameras the four is nice. WANT OPENING STATEMENT? I'll give you the opening states opening argument. Like, here's the thing every g and so here's the thing with GMS. GMS are brought in to take risks right and sometimes you hit on risk. It's kind of like gambling. Sometimes you hit, sometimes you don't. However, you cannot just base Howie Roseman's success simply on the fact that first round picks don't always work out, because he's hit on so many late round picks that have become franchise cornerstones. I don't care about the Ragor. I don't care like that. Doesn't make a difference to me. When, then you find a way to get a wide receiver in the same draft and Quiz Watkins as production, it doesn't make a difference. If you draft the tackle and then you get me a lot of like first round picks. Everybody does not hay on first round picks, Jim. There are busts. WE'RE gonna go first three rounds. That's fine. That's where it should be. Easy money, right, not necess we'll go three which so I will give you the late rounds, which I will tell you. That's his scouty department. That's not Howie. Howie's not picking up these guys from you, Paul State, and you know young he doesn't know that. I'm just saying, give him all this stuff for a lot. I get you. He's had some miss there. Phrase have been amazing. And I'm not talking trades and that. Wait, that's Mary kill, Howie the negotiator, Howe the salary cat manage, and how we did drafted value, killing draft the value exactly. That's my marriage, the trade negotiator, and I'm a contract the son. At the end of the day, we're sitting here saying all of us ALD agree that the eagles have a top five roster in the league. Right at all? Yeah, they do, right, that's Howie Roseman construction. Hold on, but I gotta draft, regardless of its free agency, regardless of its trade. Part of his job is all three phases, right. So why are you not going to judge him on those phases? I Say I'M NOT gonna I'm not going on the on the training con you build a team that's everyone. Do you not get depth? What's happening to the Patriots right now? They suck because they have don't suck wild card potential. They are. Yeah, maybe my ass about teams that are don't believe in. Mcdaddy. Packers don't have a great history drafting either. Yeah, but you look at the teams that have been successful for so many years, Vens, Ravens, steelers, Patriots. Wentz. No second round picks. They had eight total picks. This is I'm going on from when he was the GM. But looking but Wentz turned like Wentz that year basically as much as like eight cars wentz. Now they don't get to the playoffs, in the Super Bowl, way out as also. I'M gonna go through the rest. The WENTZ trade also gives them conversation to make moves. That's why can't take stuff, because you're wasting a first round pick. I think. Then they got well, he turned it around, you're yeah, because he had to. So he's doing his job well, trading well, he's doing his job well. He's covering from his mistakes. So what's the easiest thing...

...that that nobody else will come out and say the reason why they drafted Jalen hurts. It is because deep down, Howie Rosman did not believe in Carson Wentz and did not believe in the contract. They did and they wanted. He wanted. They already came out and said, remember, he had an interview and said that. Um, of course he said that, but it's but, but it makes sense though it's it's it doesn't. It doesn't. It's not far off for the truth. Every time they went to the playoffs they had to rely on the backup quarterback. That's not like far off from the truth. So that's why they did there. They that was a year where they were a team, they were a team that was coming off the playoff birth, and they still took a backup quarterback in the second round because, regardless of what people want to believe, that organization was losing confidence in Carson Wentz. That was not just, I agree a little bit saying but at the same time that draft pick was also a cheap way for a backup. You don't have to pay him a lot of money and you and he's and you know he's athletics, so he can be if it did have to happen, which it evidently did. You know he can be capable of maybe pulling off a win for you here. So if you're that's why they if you're gonna base him off off the drafts, like since Carson Wentz, like like that, you're two thousand sixteen. Carson Wentz, Isaac Selamala, win, Win Those Smallwood Uh VI, Tai Blake, Countess, jalen mills, an easy four, four, four, three to four aren't bad. A contributor. How did that? Jalen mills? It was at contributor to this team. He wasn't like and he's not here anymore. No ship, because he got paid. Well, he was. Also now he was caught. No, no, he dropped me. He was. He's a free because he's Derek Partnett, Sidney Jones were doubtless. Barnet had a huge role in that playoff from he had picks. One of them is still with the team. Three position players. Not a single pro bowler. He hasn't had a pro bowler since. Yeah, exactly, I'm not. County alternate teen Goddard, no second round Pickard, and that's year he got my lot. Maddox, five picks that year. Four of them still. Mad Jim, look what you're saying. Twenty nineteen, Dillard, Sanders and J j. It was a horrible pick. DILLARD is not. No, he's he's the first round, the first no, first round is a little high. He wasn't. He was, he was, he was really no. But if you're looking at im saying like hindsight now though, first round and yeah, that man Dj and that draft, he was the best passage because he didn't he didn't have a hold. And not only that, at that point to even top off with Nathan. At that point they were trying to find a cornerstone tackle to keep went from healthy. And we don't know if Dillard's you know, I mean it sucks because like my lot is that good and developed into such a great tackle. But DILLARD is not horrible. When he's played. He's not horrible, but he's played. Yeah, you know, that's what he's saying. I get it. I hear it. Like he could start your talk about the draft talent. Dude, how are you like rastinking who's on this team from the last six years? He's got its develop roster constructed. Jim, I don't understanding his great. Can we just agree he sucks drinking? Yeah, he does. I will agree with that. You know you don't. He sucks. He's such a he's so hold on, Fellas, we got we got Gonzo. We got gonzos on. Hold on one second. We got Gonzo coming to wait till. Yeah, we got Gonzo coming on, and I'm telling Nikki knows her stuff, right, Nicki, Nikki is one. I think he's out of your owners and other stuff. She asked for an updated rb death chart. Now, sermons, sermons, I would say sermons, and that's what I put in the sermon above Scott and she said. However, she said whatever about how he is grafted. He's great at drafting. Marcus Smith is enough. Gonzo is yeah, Gonzo is waiting on the line. So what do you want me to do, Jim? You want to go to the commercial or do you want to bring Gunzo? We need to I'm good. You guys ready? Yeah, looking at hiring a success right, hey, hey, I'm bringing Gonzo on. I'm bringing Gonzo on now. Hey, John, let's going on. I'm...

...sorry, we're fired up right now. I can tell. I got some Howie hat here, so it's not all of us just let that. Yeah, it's what's there to I mean, I missed the Howie hating part. What's there to hate right now, in August, when everybody is saying how good they are? Just let's take let's take a breath and introduce our guest prop alright, alright, alright, all right. We're introducing John Gals, a former local media guy here in Philly. He's done out with sports illustrated. He's been all over it and I want to get into that. Dude, John, the places you've been, you've been behind some enemy lines. Here are quick round the table. I'm chimming when I left his geek. We Got Smitty, Dj Bob Andrew, we got na behind the glass keeping us on the air. We got plenty of questions for you, but we'll get to the to the alley, think, because it's it's heated in here right now. You want to make your opening state. Okay. So the whole thing that we're talking about is the fact that people in this room are like hooked on the fact that is drafting hasn't been as great, which we agree right, like first round picks, you might not say, okay, horrible, but but isn't the goal of the GM, just overall roster construction. Now, yes, has he made mistakes with the draft. But, however, how can you criticize the GM that has a top three to five roster in the League right now? I don't care if it's through the draft, I don't care if it's I don't care if scrambling on here. That's what I'm at and that's what I'm trying to explain to them. The UH that you make good points. I think like right now you look at the roster and you have to be thrilled, right. But but going back to certain drafts, there's no doubt that he missed on things. Right. I mean I think it's hilarious that he ends up trading UH J Jrga wait side two DK metcalf's team and Jalen Rigor to Justin Jefferson's team, right, because that's the thing that we've all been complaining about Um from the moment he made those moves till shipping them out. However, hard to argue with the team that he's assembled this season. And part of that, obviously, uh, is because they can do more things, because they're not they're not paying a ton to their quarterback. So, like all of that is sort of part and parcel of like how he makes mistakes sometimes, but you know, although he gives away or although he takes, he also gives to you. So, on the whole, I'm happy with what he's done going into this season. I think, like you know, things are looking up and John John, hold on, Bob John, just real quick. I'm sorry, I need to cut in because I was working on the thumbnail. Okay, I just need you to tell me. Is this you? I don't know. Is that you? I'm seeing a pen wheel. That's me, that is that is pen de mcm. It got much fuzzier by the by the end of what I want to say, like by by the time rolled around, it was just a giant fur ball and I had like I had to get it off, and then this happened. So I had to I had to cut the hair out of shake beard was mountain man esque. Uh, you know, had some dark times. Yeah, I asked the wife and I'm like, Yo, is that him, because I don't want to put a thumbnail up and it's not him, and I wasn't. I wasn't. I wasn't sure. Al Right, cool, I didn't use that. I didn't use that thumbnail, but man, they're all out there in the ether. Okay, cool. I just wanted to know that. I appreciate you clearing that out with me, because you definitely look like you went to always sunny. The filled off your Friday. It was, you know, sometimes it gets away from you. It was tough to get a hair cut and then finally, we've all been there, brother, we looked like that. Now it's toimeuff going on, man. So I digress. Go back to sports. So my I am attacking Hallie for his draft and his talent evaluation. That is my point. Look the guy every night, I have no doubt in my mind, when he walks in that office and morning he says, how can I make this team better? Today? I just the fact that he continues to waste top round picks. That that, to me, is important. That's where you build your team. Young, cheap depth. We're starters. You should be getting starters out of your top three picks. and to tell me, AH, we treated regular we got great draft picks back for Regor. Yeah, well, you blew a first round pick on regor. I don't care about a fifth and a six. Now. That's my point at the end of the day, Smitty, I've told you, he's the best GM in filly right now, no doubt my mind, best haven't filly right now. You know my feelings on more and maybe maybe we'll talk some six or I thank you, guys for something. I want to thank...

...you for bringing me on because you know, I live in L A. I've lived out here for a while with colleen and I miss the phrase. He's the best general manager in Philly. But and then complain like I feel like I'm home right now and I appreciate it. I don't understand how smithy say, how are you, you know, criticizing this guy? That's what we do, right. I love you, guys. What makes Philly sports talk so one of the most statue too? No, no, I will say that I've I've gone back on my hollwey comments last year and years prior. I wasn't too happy with him, but I gotta give credit where credit is due and this man has done a spectacular job at what he's doing. He went through a rebuild after the super like he's ready and for the raster construction so quick. Not only not only we've we've seen it. I want to. We got some. We got a standard guest questions and this this will get heated as well. So whenever we bring on a guest we have standard questions and we had this is how you came up. Last week we had Marcus in here. One of the questions he said, you know what, my friends Johnna colleen and we'll get to that question. Well, I think you saw on twitter around scrapple, but we have some very local ones that we didn't ask Marcus because we didn't know if you have a a pertinent position on that based on what we're doing here. So well, I ask you. Good first question. All right, yes or no? Oh my God, yes, every day, all day. It's God's meat. That's a good man, that's a good man. I mean listen, if you're if you're from Philly, obviously like we have a we have an affection for it, but I mean like, if you give it a second and sometimes it's an acquired taste for people, but if I have the option to do you know, every you can get bacon and sausage anywhere. scrapple is amazing might and when it's cooked right it's yeah, get the good crisp on it, Chris, and then the mush on the inside, some catch up or a little hot sauce on it. Have you ever done the Sarup with it? Yes, Waffles, waffles and scrap. Yeah, all right, now, you guys are taking too far. All right. Next question. Are you a wing fan? Am I what fan? Wait, chicken wings. Oh, yeah, absolutely, flats are drums. I'm drums. Yeah, Baby Nice. You and markets are welcome back any old time. I'M gonna say in fairness, though, when it comes to wings, I don't discriminate. I'm gonna eat all the wings, but if I have to pick, it's gonna be drums, because it's me, John. But but if if there's a wing and a drums, flat or a drum, I'm going like, you can still come around on the on that it's more meat. Let's work right, right, I don't know. I don't know. I want you to disagree there. All right. Next question, M J or Lebron. Oh, this is you know what? This is really tough. I want to I want to give a shout to my friend Chris Wessling, who passed away about a year and a half ago from from cancer. He used to do the around the NFL podcast. If you guys should listen to it. It's really good. UH, one of the podcasts that UH colleen's on all the time. Anyway, this is a conversation that I've had with him many, many times and it drove him absolutely insane. And he always said that M J, it's m j all day long, and I think, I think he had a point. But we're you have to factor in Lebron's longevity, the fact that he did it with multi he's won championships with three teams now. Um, I'm not one of those people that get super exercised about this. I think you could make a case for either. I'M gonna GUESS YOU'RE gonna force me to pick, so I'll just go with the classic old school one, m jerry, but honestly, you cannot go wrong on this one and one. He's three, three, but he made, he made, he made, he made a good point. You you can't go wrong with either. John, John. If if you're if the game's coming down, the game's coming down to the last shot, who do you want taking that last shot between the two of them? Of course that's a dumb question. It's you know what, I think it's closer than you would expect, because you know so everybody thinks and remembers MJ being this clutch player, but if you go back and look at those numbers that era, and even Mj like he didn't really. You're saying take the last shot. I'm assuming it's gonna be a shot from distance, like we all remember him crossing up well, who was a Byron Russell Um, and he makes the shot and he lets his hang up there. But he wasn't a great distance shooter. Um, I guess I'm still going he wasn't. I mean he wasn't a great three point shooter, but his his his mid range, his mid range was and he was amazing under pressure. But no, no, no, I'll give you, I'll give you. I agree with everything you said and...

I think Lebron is creeping up in that conversation where I won't argue it anymore, just because I think Lebron is going to do what he's doing now for another two or three years, which is ridiculous. Yeah, he wants to play with his kids, which will be a great way for him to go out. That's what I'm saying. His longevity, I mean we forget Jordan's burned super bright, took some time off one for baseball, came back burn super bright and then he was horrendous with Washington and then left. And Lebron's thirty seven, going on thirty eight and still like one of the most dominant athletes, not just in the NBA but in the world. You finished third and m VP voting. I mean, come on, we kind of remember the rules have been changed. Oh, it's all about offense. The fact that any team, that Lebron team, Um, MJ, never had a super team. Super Team, though, not like. These are lightning questions right, right way to the yeah, he's professional. He's professional, all right. Now, here's here's the more local questions. Here, all right, better setter, Jason Kelsey, your chuck, Benarick, Oh wow, I mean give me Kelsey like like. Here's why. It's not so much that, like you know, I didn't see Bednarik play. I'm aware of his greatness and his history with the team, but it's hard for me to think of one somebody who has been a better long term eagle than Kelsey has been in the modern era, and then to like talk about the fit with the city, like when he's bartending down the shore or like he's given his speech in front of the art museum after they finally won one and we got to see a super bowl like that. Dude just understands the city. So I'll take Kelsey. Alright, hold hold up, hold on, if you if you want to go fit with the city. His name was concrete because he had to get an offseason job and had all season job was working concrete. So that makes him in the I'll give you the story. I'll give you. In the modern era it's Kelsey all day. But overall, look at the numbers on bed nerrick. What is all pros as a center? I think it's all pros are equal to or more than as a linebackers. He's a hard knock legend right now. So if you didn't know, dicks him. Yes, I'm picking that up. In history we're multiple general I never did see bed nerrick play. He was he retired three years before I was born. That's a lie, because this pictures of him in black and white. You don't say anything color. All right, we got two more and we're gonna make things quick because we got we got important things to talk. Greatest to you of all time in your mind. No right or wrong here, just full stop. Yeah, I'm picking my own. Yes, Um, I mean I'm gonna Forget somebody. There's a list right, like so my generation growing up, I got to I had to Randall Eagles with Reggie White. Obviously was heartbreak when he left and he goes and wins the super bowl somewhere else. You don't have to have Reggie on that list. Um, Dawkins comes to mind immediately, like he was incredible. Um, who am I forgetting from? I mean Mike saying Reggie White. I mean like Reggie White for my air, for sure. UH, and Dawkins. Those are the two I'd pick. I want to pick somebody from the team that won the Super Bowl. Um, but I don't know that they're gonna end up beating Reggie white or Dawkins. Those are solid. Dawkins, I think. I think Dawkins was the other than old man. You know what, here's one more for I'm gonna say Carson Wentz for getting injured so we could get nick foles and win the Super Bowl. There you go. Are you going with that? Alright? The final one, which brings some controversy in this room. Were you happy when Andy Reid won a super bowl with the chiefs. So I was one of the people who wanted Andy to leave right. Enough was enough. Like he's been around for so long. They can't break through, they're never gonna win a super bowl. And then it's one of those like you know, careful what you wish for. You you don't realize what you've got until it's gone. Yeah, man, I was happy for him. He's he's unquestionably, even before he won that Super Bowl, one of the greatest coaches of all time. Hall of fame or Full Stop. Then he wins it, he deserves it. Yeah, I was happy for him, for sure. A lot of good answers there. Answers. WHY ARE WE gonna be upset about him winning a super bowl? We I mean, you know, he made he made the eagles the most winning is, you know, era he had the most winning, this era of Eagles football. And all due respect and he loved Andy. I was with you, Johnny. He had to go when it was time to. Oh,...

...but then he's no longer our coach. I don't yeah, but I'm not the guy that you're not gonna the Browns when the Super Bowl didn't care about the cubs, like it's not philly. All Right, I'm not gonna get excited. Frandy Reid. Yeah, my my reasons go a little deeper than that. I didn't like the way he uh treated David Akers, what he said about him, and is the worst week of his life. But just, I mean, I just, yeah, I lost I lost some respect for Andy when he did things like that. I'm surprised you didn't ask the one question. Jim First, Villanova. Oh, yeah, that's not one of our standard I know, but he's a local guy. Is Villanova Philadelphia School? John, Oh, I love this. I sail guy. Right, this is yeah, I went to the sal Um. So I first, and I also want to discuss the city sex thing. But his Villanova a philly school, yes, but right, like yeah, yes, really school. But I find it hilarious. I love to needle people who went to Villanova and during a tournament, you know, everybody gets up and like excited for Nova, especially Nova fans. On their website it says like where Villanova is and it says like twenty five minutes from Philadelphia, and I tweet that out and they lose their minds and I think it's I think I've actually I think I've actually seen that a couple of times on the I love that. What's up? Would you graduate out? Oh, dude, I'm old. I graduated not not that Nate Sal University. Oh, we thought explores Um. So I know you guys wanted to have colleen on, but so she has this conversation all the time about she's desperate for it to be the city six and can we all agree that that's not a thing I want. I want out and then we can put somebody else in. That's cool. We can to you and your wife. We didn't ask for Conley, we asked for you. I wanted the interact to you with those questions. But yeah, I will say that I've had I've had forensic going to drexel and my one friend who was a sports more of a sportsman than the others, he will say city six because he went to drexel. So he's a little biased. But there's the only one who'd say city six. Nobody who does, who doesn't go to Drexel, says city six. Yeah, yeah, you're right. I was sat joe's Guy. I'm all for that city six. Yeah, it's also believe it's not a city school? Yeah, but the outskirts. Well, we can find another school. You got no respect when you said you're a Saint Joe's guy. It was quiet after that. Tough Times for St Joel. Yes, once mark telly left, it's all downhill. Just coach, can coach? All right, we got through the questions. We're good. All right, let's get it into it now, John, just kind of Fili suit him. On where you've been, you know you were here and feel, like I said, sports and that CSN Philly. You're right or here and you were behind some enemy lines. Right, you were in Dalla. You were Dallas before you came here, I think right in Boston. Now you're in California. I don't know where the really the California teams are much enemy lines. But later we hate Lebron. I don't. I don't hate. has his own hate fan use all hate Lebron. Love infection with them. What's what's the perspective, you know, being a local Philly Guy, being in the cities, now being outside and being an insider looking from the outside, if that makes sense. What's it like? Is this fan base really one of the best fan bases or one of the roundiest fan bases or one of the worst fan bases? We see these polls all the time. Um, what? What is your experience been being in these other cities, especially being behind Um, some of our heated rivals, Um and there, and their fan base? Yeah, so, because of my career, I mean, like you know, you go with the work is. So when I was super young started out, I had to move to Dallas and I'm covering the cowboys, which was weird. It sucked, uh. And then I went to Boston and I'm dealing with Celtics fans, which supersucks. Some of my best friends are from Boston. They're the worst. Now I live in L A and like nobody cares about sports. But to answer your question, because it's nice here and people go to the beach. Um, to answer your question, is Philly. Are Philly fans and it's Philly the best or the worst? I wrote about this once. It's both, like we are, we know, like there there are times when we are the absolute greatest, right, and then there are times when you're like God, we suck like as fans, uh, and I love that about us because it's both of those things tie back to one thing, which is passion and like you don't see that in a lot of other places. It's mostly like an east coast thing, right, like people in Dallas. They I mean like yeah, they like the cowboys, but you're gonna get a cowboys fan from like San Francisco sometimes. And then here in l a you know Lakers fans or Yankees fans or whatever, whereas if...

...you grow up in Philly you get the four teams. You get for good or bad, a lot of bad, and we sucker with you together and that creates a community. So I love it. Very nice all. I thought you had a question. You like. Um, so we know you're you're a big hoopit right, I would you say his basketball? You're Bein sporter when a would be. I want to get your thoughts on the sixers. It's another heated conversation here, another GM that we don't always agree on, but what do you in all the sixers coming up the season and harden do we are we putting too much faith in James Harden? Was it a good move last year? Um, well, I mean, considering that Ben Simmons wasn't playing and on went home like getting hardened for Simmons and UH, who did they move? Seth Curry and drumming like you know. You gotta make that move right because it's James Harden. Now. Did he look good? Not Great at a lot of times I wanted him to try to score more. He definitely was out of shape. I will say I do like the off season moves that more he made. I love to bring it into Anthony Melton. I like Daniel House a lot. Um. I'm forgetting somebody important here. Yes, P J Tucker. P J Tucker, like all of a sudden they're way, way deeper, and I mean you see the photos of harden over the summer's slimming down. He looks like he looks like he's in shape. I'm through a fake cake in the water I'm in. We've also seen videos of Ben Simmons in the I'm just I'll put more stock into the James Harden videos and Benson James Harden. No, not M v P. If you'RE gonna GET v James Different, if you're gonna get hungry James Harden that wants to get paid one more time and whether it's here or not, it's good. He's gonna work for so if it gets us a ring next year and he leaves. Okay, I got a quick question for you, John So, living on the West Coast, uh, would you say it's, you know, away from Philly? Would you say it's a little harder or or I mean there's a distance I guess affects it too. Say It's a little harder to follow the Philly sports? You kind of keep up with it pretty well an affiliate, I guess. I mean. So, like I said, I lived in Dallas for four years, Boston for four years. Now I've been out here for six and then the rest of my life is in Philly and like you can move me around, but I'm still paying attention to the same stuff. Right and like now, what are we doing? We're having a conversation. Virtually, I feel like I'm in the room with you guys, like I'm my my number one thing in the morning, my my routine is always the same. I get up, I make some coffee and now I'm reading uh, PHILLY DOT COM. I'm going through everything that's happening on there. I'm reading the blogs and like I'm tapped into everything philly first and then I look at everything else. There you go. So it's kind of like you can take the guy out of Philly, but you can't take philly out of the guy. Right, yeah, like I said, right, I mean we all we have the same experience, this communal experience where like we're tapped into these teams that have made us suffer a lot and like you don't kind of just like move away from it. I mean, I don't know all the people I know from Philly out here. You meet somebody and you're like, oh, yeah, and then you just start talking about Philly. There you go. That's that's cool that there's always that connection, there's always that common thread that you can go back to. I mean all the friends with someone, both of us, all our friends and family are still there, all right. Yeah, and you just know when you meet some money from Philly, you just know. And no matter where you go, you know there's a lot of people out west from Philly. Um, there's a lot of people down south and like Florida, from Philly south. Yeah, we've got a good friend of the show that's out in Australia on our our Philly sports here. Um, yeah, one of our listeners he wanted wanted, Um, I wanted me to ask you who do you think was the best basketball player at Lasalle, Kenny Dirett, Michael Brooks or the L train? I'm an L train guy. Part of the reason why like so, part of the reason why I went to losal. A good buddy of mine, he used to work for the DELCO Daily Times. His Dad went there. He always wanted to go there and we used to go as kids to see liss all and l train. So yeah, man, they were amazing. Yeah, he I mean those were good teams back then. Oh, yeah, they went to the tournament every year. Yeah, yeah, and then that's the team. And then they never updated their facilities. They play in a glorified high school gym and I kind of like Tom Gold. It's cool. I think it's a different you know,...

...it's five. It's trash. Yeah, but I mean it's hard to compete when you got the polesture too. I mean I actually went to see them play one year in the Convention Center Cross some chopped. Yeah, yeah, that was my my freshman year. They played there. They were horrible. They're like six and four. Yeah, I think they I want to say they played St Joe's, but I'm not positive. My Dad and my brother went to LaSalle and my my brother graduated the sound seventy one and when I was, when I was a little kid, my dad used to bring me down to a lot of games at the plesture to watch the sound. My brother was on the student section of actually, quick question too, is the Polestra at dump, because that's been brought up to the show. Yeah, you're asking me now, man, to blush is legendary. That's like an iconic place to watch a basketball you that? Oh yeah, blush is awesome. Plus, like how close you are to the court as a fan and there's no bid seat in the house. Yeah, the history, the big five double header back in the day. Yeah, man, I went to a lot of them. I missed the streamers. Streamers are cool. Alright, so catch us up. Like I said, you're you're out there on the west coast. Now, Um, catch yourself and what you're doing with sports illustrated and just, yeah, where you're at. Yeah, so when I moved out here, I mean colleen and I were by coastal for a while because she got the job out of the NFL network, which is out here, and I was like this sucks, I should live with my wife. So I moved out here, how to find a job? Yeah, worked at the ringer for five years is, which was a good gig. Covered the NBA for a long portion of it, and then s I had an opportunity. I, like you guys, are sports fans, right, like for me, when I was growing up, sports illustrated was the coolest thing on the planet. I had stacks and stacks of them in my room and I collected them and I couldn't wait every week until it came and so when they asked me if I was interested in coming over, yes, I mean like lifelong dream, like it's like that in Espn, right, where you're like, man, if I could work there someday, that I'd really make it. So they asked me to come over. We started a new podcast called sports illustrated weekly, which is kind of like, you know, if you've seen real sports, HBO, Real Sports like that, only a podcast. And then I'm a senior writer for them, and life's good, man, no complaints. Yeah, that that's kind of a job you can do from anywhere. I'm guessing. Yes, yeah, I mean especially now, like you know, I tend to write. You know, like when I was in Philly, I was a column and you know, I did TV stuff. Now I tend to write like longer stuff, like magazine link stuff, and so it's always good to go somewhere and talk to people. uh, but now, like, especially post pandemic, we've all been doing this for so long that like you can really do it without ever leaving your house if you need to. Yeah, yeah, so, Um, but John, this is Bob here. Um, just you know about the eagles. Trying to backtrack a little bit. Um, what are some what is the thing that excites you about this team, and then what is something that you're a little concerned about? I'll give you the same answer for both. He plays quarterback, right. I mean like last year you never knew what Jalen hurts you were getting up through and including the buccaneers came at the end. I was at the regular season game. That didn't go great. Um, that was a Thursday night football game. Colleen. It was the first time she ever hosted Thursday night football from Philly, which is really cool. Um, but like, yeah, yeah, it was awesome, uh, and then the game less awesome. But like it's hurts. Right. If, if you get, if you get improvement from hurts, then the sky's the limit for them, for this team, and if you get what you got out of hurts in the playoffs, then not gonna be so great. He's gotta be great for them to take it. Like I had this conversation with somebody else before and they the question. The question was do you uh? The question was who? Who has to have the breakout season, and there were so there's so many. There's a lot of players you could talk about. You can talk about Brown, can even talk about Josh Sweat. You can talk about if you want. Yeah, you can talk about who you want, but to me it's hurts. It starts and ends with the quarterback. It always will and it always has been in this league and he has people. I think people have gotten to the point, because his rosters so good, that he's like he just has to be okay, and...

I don't think that's true. He has to be better than okay. He has to be really good, like he has to be pro bow good for them to to be able to take it, because sooner or later this roster and the talent on this roster will get them past the bad teams, the even okay teams, even the good teams, but when they face the Matt Staff First, the Tom Brady's, he's gonna have to be able to throw and deliver the ball. They're not going to be able to just to sit back and play defense and him run his way to winning. He's got to be able to throw the ball and that's why I've always questioned him because of his talent. I've gotten back to supporting him a little bit because he's a worker. Right, you won't, you won't put him down. He's gonna keep coming back. He's gonna fight through adversity. He's done it everywhere he's been. His fight through adversity. I understand he has the first time. He's had the same old see, that's all. All that stuff to me is this noise on the on the on the on the back end. I just don't know if his arm talent is good enough to get us over the Hump, because I don't think this defense is not comparable to those hall of fame defenses that had, you know, inefficiencies at the quarterback. You know the Russell Wilson's. They're not the yeah, the Brad Johnson's to Trent, the Trent DILFORD's, all those, all those teams had hall of fame defenses with Multiple Hall of famers on that. I don't know if this team has that because Cox is way past his prime and I'm I'm not there's a there's no more names on this defense that speaks hall of fame or can talk in our conversation just yet. They're just all a lot of good players. The one thing, the one thing that we talk about passing the ball that we have to remember. He didn't have that much last year. He had Gregor, who we obviously knows garbage, and Dante Smith was a rookie wide receiver who had potential but it took him some time. Now he has a bona fide stud wide receiver and a J Brown. Devante Smith knows the league a little more. I feel like last year like we're saying, okay, you know, all right, he made the playoffs, but guess what? That team doesn't even make the playoffs if it isn't for hurts his legs. We need to remember that it hurts the running game as much as in Philly. It's not the sexy thing because like hurts was running the ball. That team has no success. If they don't, if hurts doesn't run the ball and become that threat. So I think this year is the true year where you can actually measure his success because he actually has talent around him. And I don't disagree with that. So many of the thing is, you know me, I'm a better right. I bet and I talk about betting. That formula does not work to win super bowls. You're right. But also last year they didn't have that much talent. Sanders was hurt, as much as I love miles sanders. Okay, God, it was hurt, like they and they had Jalen Reagor, who we know is trash. And then, yeah, devante Smith is a rookie. So this is the true, true test this year. They've surrounded him with town our gons on the floor. I I agree with some of that that he definitely has to step up. I don't know that he has to be like a pro bowl quarterback, but he has to be better. You know what he has to be? He has to be more consistent than he was last year. But I have a question for you guys. So everybody uh here and also on twitter, like Michael Irvin and Mina, comes from ESPN and all you guys keep talking about how much talent this team has, and I agree. I think on paper they have a lot of talent. The philly and me, though, gets real nervous when we start talking about how good this team is, because I'm like, every time we do that they end up having a bad season. The Dream Team comes to minds it makes me nervous. It doesn't really make me nervous at all because they are good. I think that Dream Team talk was a little bit different dynamic because you had so many big names coming in. You just don't. You don't have big names coming in and from a free agency standpoint. But their roster is like deep. I mean everybody's rolled over this team. It does. It scares me and you starts spelling themselves a little bit right. Like I looked at NFL DOT com earlier today and there was a poll that was taken. Twenty three out of the people they asked had the eagles win in the NFC east and I think another half of them had them win in the NFC. But their offensive but their offensive line is like the best in the league. They're built, they're built inside out. I mean the way Andy wanted to build this team and how you always built this team. They're built from the inside out. So my thought is that it makes sense and they like that. Like I get what you guys are saying. I'm not drooling over it. But one there's their schedule is super soft, right, and then the second part of it is like they are deep everyone, like they have literally stars in every position, and I don't think we've had teams like that before. I don't think so. I don't think not. Like this man was vince young running his mouth? It wasn't. It wasn't two position, not like this. I don't think we've ever had a a roster that were supposed to be stunned. Yes, they...

...were Ta yeah, but you didn't have whether you didn't with this team. Injuries happened. This team still can survive that. I think. I'm with John. It's that that Philly chip in the back makes this team. This team can win the east. This team can win, can win a playoff game or two. I don't know. They're they're in the like. Like I said before, we came on to Cose, the NFC is the weaker conference. They're in the mix. They're not necessarily in the super bowl mix to win, but they're in the mix maybe to get there, and I think they're at least another year or two out from being a legitimate contender. Is Not here in another year if they don't get I think the talent on this roster close. It's close, I think, spinny, spinny man, you don't disagree much, but I I think like as long as we all have been watching football, and Dick, you've been watching football for like seven years, but as long as as long as we all been watching football, I really don't I don't remember a complete team like this. You know, I mean like like, like, like, like you said before, the question markets. You're looking at the coaching. What's the question mark? You know? I mean you're not looking at anything on the field. Our secondary offensive line could probably you have like three or four starters there. Our defensive line is deep as well. We have corner deaf everywhere safety. They just kind of like we've showed up. We have linebackers, we have a you know, like we're we're really like we're just solid everywhere, and it's it's not whether we have holes on these teams. It's just a question mark, like can hurts be the guy? There's no holes. There's this question Mark Ken Syrianna be a great, a good head coach, or a good enough head coach to get us to the promises. Is ganting that guy? Is He gonna depend on that Ben don't break type defense that we had last year ahead of the youngster? What do you got? Baker Mayfield in the super bowl a what do you why do you have so much faith in hurts? He has proved absolutely nothing in this league. It's a little harsh, but it came on hardy. He got us to the playoffs in his first year and the first year was starting. They let us. Did he mean no? And you think they're contender with hurts? Yes, no, get the hell out of here. He can't throw a ball to save his life. Get the hell out of here. I think you're the only one. You're very harsh right there. I think we're taking out. It's probably dinner time. Take much more time than I I appreciate you, John Um. What's what's your prediction for the Eagles in we're putting it on the line now. We're gonna do this next week, guys, but I want to get your prediction on it. These EGS. Yeah, that was way too we're all we're gonna do it again. All right, you know, Johnny, want to bring up the schedule for you. I'm good, like everybody else. I've run through it. Um, I think. I think twelve wins is attainable. Um, I think winning the NFC East is attainable. I think, you know, a potential deep playoff run is attainable. That's that's what I'm thinking. But, like you know, all this talk about exactly what you guys are saying, where like everyone like you, go on NFL DOT COM or whatever and every like the hot fashionable sleeper, you know, take that next step. Team is the eagles, and that makes me nervous. So the the Philly in me. I'm gonna not say, you know what we all want them to end up doing. I'm gonna say I think it's gonna be a good season. I think it'll be a building block on what the young and just said from last year. He wasn't thrilled with Jalen hurts. Hey, you gotta take steps right. They made the playoffs last year in his first year's quarterback. This year I think they go further and then you know, maybe maybe next year something big, but who knows, you could happen this year? I'm fingers crossed. Yeah, one more question to man. I always asked. So this time next year, is hurt still the quarterback? Oh Wow, well, for my for my prediction to be true, it has to be yes. So I'll say yes, there you go. There you go more before you, Gonz because I'm the better guy over under nine and half. He's in twelve wins. Nine and a half is larger than twelve. Yeah, I'm over. You just hushed up every...
