We got Jason here tonight. He's got he's got a very special whiskey, brand new release. Released it at last week. It came in. It's kind of not it's released and not really same time. I mean we kind of were holding it back till Monday, but it's that Friday. We kind of let it loose with the band of brothers, crew, the Grennair family, Debbie Lynch Rafforty, Great Lady. She leads a charge for the Wild Bill Foundation. Her father, Jean, he was a he was in...

...the military as well and just great people. They let me do this thing and you know, old Jean was like as like, Dude, let me just put it, let me just get a bottle and put it on my mantel, you know I mean, and that's what he was looking for, and we kind of released it, kind of like the Grenier Fan Club type people, and it's exploded in a week and a couple days, I think in the first date was insane. So I'm just trying to keep up and I'm waiting for one or two more components till we, you know, sell these and chip them out. Yeah, so let's give it, give it a little crack at mouth for those folks you want to cracking now we're being tasted here. Definitely want to taste it. He justs it a racism from Dj. You'll do it. We're not going to do with you NIATA style. We're not going to pass the bottle. Or did it look? We're gonna look like we've got some class here day. WE'RE gonna put we're gonna play a claim. I saw your eyes and I just looked in your eyes like a full moonlight, and I thought maybe you're just going to rug it. You know, if you had the brown bag on it, maybe past it around. They can see the bottle. If you're live watching on videos from Sentiel, Bill Grenier bottle POPs came cheers to while Bill Grenier. Fantastic whiskey. It's a nine year bourbon it's one, one proof for the hundred first airborne. If you see that nice map on the front. We got to give our huge props to got a North Catholic Alumni, army guy, Kevin mccluskey. He's from to coney. He designs that front label after I met with him, after a deep thinking process of trying to bring him in on it, on it, on a deal here with whiskey and, you know, something that can benefit him and his family. Sell some whiskey, makes some money. He unbelievably says hold on, you know, and I actually, for the first time, you know, in a long time, listen to him for ten straight minutes. Would out open my mouth and sat there and listen to him. We were at a bar first time. We were drinking like I think it was like mid Covid, like the first covid opening break where you just were able to get out. We took Uber's Day. We met, we chopped it up and he's like, hold on, I got an idea and and this, this front label, becomes his idea. He wants this, you know. He wants to do this great map of the band of brothers easy company. While Bill Grenaire, they have quite a journey if you don't know anything about them. I mean I wrote the back of it probably sixty eight times rough drafts, and this is the first one that I didn't do one of my ancestors. That's why I think it was important to bring Kevin Allen. He's an army guy, so he can benefit from this. Kevin mccluskey and the Whild Bill Foundation will be getting the full proceeds to this one. Nice and I just want to give back to you know, I didn't serve and you know these guys did serve and you know there's a lot of there's there's there's a lot of spirituality that goes on with this. Kevin mccluskey Afghanistan war, while Bill Grenaer World War IIO, and you know they have they both have story journeys. They both gave, you know, body parts to the war effort and you know they signed up for that and they signed up for this country and I wanted to do something to honor them and also, you know, blend them into legendary status, which they already are, but bringing to the forefront with whiskey so it can be more out there and and more people can learn about it. Read the back of the bottle and they can look these people up. And these guys are legendary status people and you know, they lost their limbs in war and they still they come back from war, thank the Lord and they start the family tree of life, you know, for their family and continue the tree of life in their family. While bill comes back and comes back to South Philly and has, you know, children, and and Kevin, you know, God bless him, he just said he just he just had a birthday essay, and so to his son, Finn, had a birthday essay. Just celebrated a birthday essay. Both their birthday's on the same day, which is really cool. And you know, it's a cheers to all of them, you know, both of them and and both families and you know they're all still it's still struggle. It's still dealing with a lot of things and...

...you know, and while bills, you know, upstairs in the heavens. So anytime people raise this one now, may they raise it to the heavens to wild bill GREN air, wild wild man, you know when you lives up that nickname. Yeah, yeah, and you got wild Kevin McClusky too, because, yeah, he's a little while to. I couldn't find them last night. I was waiting for him to text me, but he was out celebrating his birthday and his son and he's just got a lot of people, a lot going on. I'm sure he was. You know he was. He was prayed in it up and down North Wildwood, somewhere celebrating, and as he should. You know what I mean. He's a hero and, you know, just wanted to do something for him. It's a nine year Bourbon. Like I mentioned, one hundred and one proof for the hundred. First Great Map on the front, most expensive label we've done so far and it came out great and we got a lot of bottles getting snatched up. We only is this is a limited edition run as well. We don't have that many bottles in barrel one. We I think we settled up around one hundred and eighty is going to be the final number. I think that we'll be up for sale. It could go down a little bit the more we use a couple sample bottles and let me get one of them too. Would just get me and come on, Skag man, it brings the wily coming on and up. That's challenge. Is started channel I'm talking now. It's this is why we need to sit and bit nate. I'm only kidding, only a little bit. I've had it. I don't want to. I don't like Gank it. You know too much on your no, that's good, that's good. Thank you. No, no, he put a great will give him some props there, but this is the bottle there. I mean without further ado. I mean might as well just do the shot and do it for a while. Bill and Kevin Krey, congrats on the label and just a beautiful looking thing. Weld your sprite up and you can hold your spread up short. Yeah, while bill, to all bills and war heroes above the ancestors World War II, let's have a taste of them. Cheers, cheerers, who getting eate over there? HMM, did I heard it? I heard them. It's nice one. I think it's not. Think what's awesome about this is, like everything has a story. That's why I think so great about it. Like it's just like you don't just buy a bottle liquor, but you also learned like a story, and I think that's great. Like, I think it's just neat how you incorporate a story into each bottle you make. So, yeah, thank you, I appreciate that. I think that's like, I think it's just it makes it more meaningful. Yeah, that supposed to just, you know, buying a bottle liquor because it was is good. Like, yeah, I do to it now, you know, give him back to this this foundation in the family. I think that's awesome. Yeah, yeah, to do it the right way. It's all when you know, you don't know a lot of and I'm sure some whisky's, maybe even most whiskies, have a backstory behind them, you know, for whatever the reason why they're doing it. But your stories are real, sincere. It's a legacy that you're that you're so you're not just selling a bottle whiskey, you're selling a legacy. You're selling a sincere, from the heart story that has a lot of meaning and purpose behind it. And you know the like you said, this is your first out of family bottle that you're doing and you know you'd be hard pressed to find a you know better better example to do a first one out of family bottle. For I watched the band the brothers series on HBO. I've read about while bill occasionally. I used to listen to Michael Smerconige when he had his radio show show on in the morning and he had him on as a guest numerous times and it was just it was fascinating to listen to the stories that he would tell on the radio show into and then when the band of brothers came out, to actually see some of the stories happening on the screen. It was really, really cool that that whole experience listening to him and and seeing seeing that life story play out. And Yeah, it it's and the Whiskey itself, of course, is outstanding. I don't know how you get the higher proof and still make them all taste so they I was was...

...smooth and yeah, and what you say? I was. It is one one proof for the later and first airborne. So it's over a hundred. I was, but I didn't. Yeah, I was good. I'm yeah, went down smooth. It was. It's really good. Let's put it this way. It's dangerous. I was just gonna say it's a dangerous one. I won because, yeah, like you think of a higher octane stuff and you're going to get that heat the back of your throat coming out your notes. Sometimes. That was none of that none of that. It should make this make while bill very proud I made. It's a very drinkable bourbon. It starts to go and then it just stops and drops and it's just kind of cuts off the heat and it's really sweet and nice lot of Caramel. You know, it's just a great story. I like telling these stories now, like I have think this is my ninth bottle. They all have a different story. One of them was the bootleggers daughter we brought in here and I have three different proofs. Yeah, we have more common. I got a lot of things coming. I'm going to I'm working with Charlie Strange, Michael Strange Foundation, so to strange whisky's next boy, Oh wow, and it's that's going to be another one. And I love making stories with each brand. Like the first one I made, it was like it was like my ba by. I wanted to make so many stories in the one because I was a kind of exciting, you know an. I mean, yeah, we're all getting a little gidding and I threw prohibition and the famine all in my first whiskey. But now I tell all the stories and it helps me because I'm getting older and I can't remember everything, so I just looked at whatever bottle were on. I can remember, you know, which what to talk about each way, and then it just gives it's like cliff notes for North Catholic and widener cliff notes. That's how I got that's how I got my degree. This piggyback all for both these guys said. Like you, you're genuine individual and this is this means something to you, right, you're not just a distiller that's cranking out stuff to put on shells. No, there's there's a story behind us for why you're dealing. It will make the show. Each and bottle has its stuff. YEA, each bottle has its own story and there's a story actually on the bottle. It's just great. The whole line of it. It's it's als able to read the back when they're drinking it. Definitely this is just a whiskey for at home. I don't really say, Hey, let's not do five rounds of shots of this thing at a local bar. This one's for, you know, at your home in the parlor with friends. This is special whiskey to bring out. You buy one. My cousin, actually, Michael, I was just talking to him. He was. He was on a ups run from West Virginia today and I said, I said I'm going to have a couple barrels. How many you want? So he saves one and he drinks one, he cracks one and saves one. Every variation I come out with. So he's going to be the historian of my whisky's eventually, and but he's going to be buying two of each barrel. And you know, he already sent me to money and he's very he's very disciplined. These I have. I save the bottles they're empty. Michael says to say that one of you. Yeah, I have the battles back the bar. Yeah, I put them with saying. I mean a live do a lot of things with the bottles, but but with this one is it's very spiritual to me. A lot of people are like, Oh, well, you know, and I tell the story how like I'm trying to marry, you know, while bill, he's already legendary, says I'm not doing and anything different. It's just there's going to be more masses known about Kevin and the wild bill and obviously it's aligning them two together hand in hand in the universe in spirituality and they're like. People are like, Oh, you got to get something out of a distance. I'm like, I get a lot of spirituality out of this. I get the blessings from while bill himself upstairs and hopefully he can help me and guide me anywhere I go. And then we got the hopefully we do the Michael Strange whiskey next and with a bunch of other different brands I got coming. I just you know, we're just trying to do it weekend and do what's best and what I feel is right to do, and that's what I'm trying to do. And whiskey's good business to be in and stuff like a label, the label, like. The label is great. The labels awesome. Yeah, you said this was the most expense and like it stands, extensive labels, a lot of gold, a lot of gold, deaf will you worth the money? I mean that label is also a lot of embossing. I have a really attractive label. I mean it catches your eye right away. I looked I was like, well, that's awesome and it's this. I really thought he was a paratrooper in World War II and...

...he dropped in on D Day. All these YEP, so that's that's active. That was his first incombat jump. A lot of them that was their first combat jump. It was a d day Wow. And they actually get dropped by mistake behind the enemy. I don't know if it was mistake or not, but they were. They didn't land what he wasn't a normand he was. Yeah, they got dropped in on a little bit and they came back and they were actually able to help, you know, their fellow soldiers coming in because they actually were attacking from the back and they didn't and the Germans know. So it was really really it's a really wild story. I've I've I've read about it seventy five ways to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and I'm and I'm trying to write the back at this I'm making sure everything's correct, because he he joins this military weekend thing when the war first starts in like and one thousand nine hundred and fourteen. So he was a little bit younger. He was with this like training thing on weekends and it's in the front of the story. I kind of lost Yack of that, but I was reading some of it. You did a good job. Explains it really well. I had to write it a lot because, like I said, it's not my ancestors, it's not my family. I can't get this wrong. You know, we did our best, so if there's anything wrong, please forget me. But I mean, it is what it is. There's a lot of pressure and but I did have a lot of help. Debbie Lynch Rafferty was sending me some of the cliff notes and helped me there and and now we we just presented this. That's what was taking so long. I had to go get it, then I had to bring it back. Then there's a lot going on in these past crazy two weeks. I couldn't even tell your beginning and if I've wrote a book it would you be like Jesus. But I did what we do. We do we have to do. I stopped in a gay station. Want to try what a trower? It's there. It's dedicationity wagon, dedication. That the new wagon. Yeah, we ran out of gas. After David Miller played for the major leagues and he lives that Wayne. I did this party for him. I bore ten until like thirty am. It was insane. Yeah, and then I then I slept in a case. They it because three pumps were shut down. But that was just one little fast and I got an EB white suitcase. That was EB white that rode trot the swab. I got his official trunk when he passed. I got his trunk. Yeah, who you get that through? It was a caretakers of EB whites. And then the she lives on this lives at this house. Is Pretty big area of a nursery and everything like that in an Olla, PA and I met the guy. The guy built stuff. I got these shot things that have carry for shots and a piece of wood. I was picking up EB whites suitcase. That was insane and just a lot of stories in the past couple weeks and I'm just like, I'm blessed. I got to keep on going, we got to keep on fighting, we got to keep on helping each other, got to keep on doing things that we feel as right and his best and and live and walking and hopefully walking the same path is and guided in the same path as the ones above. You know what I mean. That's just what we could do and a lot of things going on, but we pulled this off. We brought this to the cemetery to while Bills Resting Place and then we took it to the statue and took a lot of pictures. I really haven't posted a lot because I've been on the go so much. Where is he? Very, Peter and Paul and Springfield township, right outside of broom all. That's my fat some of my family's birds are two guys. We call it two guys so much. Yeah, so we got there. I was running late. I told them I'm running late, so they were running late and then I got there and then we were there first, and then I had to trail or whiskey with me. I just thought it was a little bit more symbolic if I had the whole trailer blessed right there going through the graves, and I brought that there and then. But the unfortunate thing is, it's really sad, is that there was other two other funerals, like we were actually in the middle to see humming in. So God bless them. That the people that you know past and everything. That's so it's kind of stuff. So we had a quick shot and we zoomed out of her or we were getting boxed in and then we then we go through five construction zones and then get to the statue in Bromo, which is a really nice sight. They've really redone it really nicely. Big Park Lon then his big statue and then we did some pictures there. We breathe some toast there and, you know, Jean and debby were there and we just had...

...some fun. It's a lot of his family storing here. Yeah, grant kids. Yeah, there, they're still in the area. Live in, you know, in the end, the burbs of Philly and he has a couple statues, one in self Philly, believe, and want and want to Bromo that we went to and you know, just just a tremendous story, you know, and it's just read up on them if you don't know about them, and and and made this bottle, helped each others about them. You know. Okay, I didn't. I didn't watch band a brother, so I don't know if they had any of this in the series. But he he lost his leg actually helping a fellow soldier pulling somebody off the battlefield. Yeah, I believe it's Joe Toy towards the end, right around battle the bulge. I believe because he does. I put a motorcycle on the back and Debbie would be way better at telling the story of her grandfather than I would. So I'll try to just I can't even give it justice to this man. But you know, we're blessed to have him from our city, from Piladelphia. I mean True Philadelphia Love, true Philly Spirit. I mean this guy was wild, he was he was angry as brother was killed earlier in the war and he was going over there and he was and he was wild and they said sometimes reckless. But I mean he saves the guy's life. He loves a leg. But before that he gets shot in the leg on a motorcycle. That's why I symbolically put a motorcycle there. And he's done Dutch farmland and he steals the motorcycle and he's trying to rally his troops in a mile stretch to fight and he gets hit with, you know, a bullet, straight bullet or direct but whatever it is, in the leg and that sends him to the hospital and in the UK and then he's trying to get out of there and paint is like black. He's right lost out a hospital. Then he's supposed to be a court marshal, but in war everything gets jumbled. member. I mean we're back in one thousand nine hundred and forty five correspondence or forty four, whatever it was. Correspondence wasn't getting directly to the places it needed to be. A lot of confusion around war and he gets sent back to the front lines with easy company. And then, I mean, can you imagine if he's not there? I mean he does make it back and then he's not there and then he's pulling people, you know what I mean? He's helping people and he's up in his fellow soldiers. So maybe they didn't lose his many with him being there. like that forest gump scene exactly Vietnam. or can see a hacks all rage was the other one where the guy kept he was a medic and he's kept coming back and bringing guys off the that's how my cousin was killed in Vietnam. He he actually died saving some of his men. He got a Silver Star and was nominated for metal of honor, but they denied the medal of honor. But he did get the Silver Star, which is the next metal down from a medal of honor, but he died the same way he was. He was rescuing wins, his men that were injured. Don't guy, bring them back. It was a main's I mean you just it was is this is man time. I mean he's I can't even imagine being a warlike this. I mean about a bulge was frozen to snow everywhere. I was always encapsulated with history and war and a lot of a lot of that stuff and learning about it. I'm a big history and I love that kind of stuff and just always take it back and I have. I've never met him, but I do have people that have met him and they came out of the forefront. When I first launched my original Whiskey, I got this Guy Walt, and he said he met him on three occasions. He's a retired Hazelton police officer from the mountains and he met him and he said he went to his house and his buddy surprised them one day. We're like where we going? He's like I'll tell you, you know where. They get there and it's it's well built house. He's I come on and you know, he tells he has all these great stories and he's just he was just a South Philly neighborhood guy. He was just like any of our neighborhoods guys. But these were war heroes and and most of them, all of them, were kind of you know, didn't really talk much about it. They just continue with their life, but they didn't change. They were just true to themselves and true to the city and trude to your neighborhood and true to the people that they cared about most. And they just had so much love and fight and tenacity in them. I mean, it's a different world we live in today, and I'm mean. He let these guys sit in his house.

He's like Hey, I got to go over to Jersey Real quick to meet my publisher. I'll be right back. You guys stay here, help yourself. Gubshood or so does in a fridge a right back and it just was. But he was a he was a man's man. He was everybody person. Everybody loved them and I can only hear secondhand stories. I wish I would have met him, but but may he rejoice up in the heavens that we did this and I hope, but you know, it's okay by him and get plused by him and give us all guidance and live, you know, the better ways. You know what, what was your inspiration to do your first bottle outside of your family? So I because of that guy, Walt. Very, very great character, part of gold but a hand of a bear, you know. And and he'll hug and he'll squeeze the life out of you if you wanted to. Older Guy, not too old, but I he's going to get he's gonna Squeeze me now, Shit, I'm sorry, Older Than Deek. Yeah, wow, he was a football player out of University of Delaware and he's helped me out so much. Two guys just tremendous, two guys just, you know, just a great character. He's these uncle type figures, you know, like deeck and great uncle for deeck. Get enough, there's a new name, great uncle beaky butt up now. Just great people. And he actually he mentioned to me a cold. We so he's the one that got me in introduced to Debbie. Debbie runs, obviously, the Wild Bill Foundation, and they at the family he still meet. Even though all the heroes have passed, the family still stay in touch and they continue the memory and they continue the photographs and they continue the facebook pages and they meet in a different city every year. Obviously, you know, with everything going on, pending and everything, but they usually normally meet every year. The year I met them I met Debbie. I actually met her. I wanted to do a tasting at the statue raise the toast for him then and you know, Debbie and I became friends. That drops, you know, whiskey off door in a pandemic for them and whatever. And then I was at the Marriott and met them down the marryot when all the families and they were actually coming to Philadelphia that year. So I did a little tasting inside the hotel room. People are all over the place hanging out. All is on the Han and out coops, boom, boom bom, and then we went over to Taverton broad after that for a little bit and that's what I met them and and that's what it started. The brain child, the mindset of Hey, like, let's do a we should do a pops of can while cheers the whild Bill Grenier thing. And then I kind of knew Kevin already from the ring of honor, from the Irish parade and I kind of knew a but a little bit of history and he's North Catholic. So I was like, Yo, Kev, I got to talk to you, want to get you involved in this kind of thing and, you know, help, you know figure them out and, you know, make some money off of this a little bit. And and then he blows me away with the map and I wouldn't be here without that map. They wouldn't look the way it looks without the map. So cheers to Kevin and, you know, cheers the while bill and the family, while bill being so graciously let me in, and Jeane the saw and was in the military too, and he's funny man. He's a great character. He's hilarious. I just I'm just laughing because they've him and his daughter Daddy. They just they they do tick tocks together. It's hilarious. It's like, oh my gosh, I got out throw on the way to Margate and they're doing tick tocks and traffic, I mean did it's just funny stuff. But they allowed me to do this and he's just like I just want to bottle for my man all he's like, do what you want, make money, and it's not I'm not like that. We gotta gotta make money for the foundation. We got to make money for, you know, the People Kevin's getting the bills, the dollar bills to, because he, you know, he designs this thing. You know, it wouldn't be what it is. You know, all I do is get the whiskey and I make sure the whiskey's the finest whiskey can find and and then we do little tweaks here and there, you know what I mean, and dedicated to the heroes, all heroes and ancestors. This the first one. We're going to do as many as we can. I don't know who knows. So how can we get it? I got it online. Now it is on the website. Nine Year Burbon. It's one hundred and one proof. It's a it's it's one...

...hundred and one dollars, a hundred one dollars. All proceeds go to the wall Bill Foundation and Kevin mccos key's Fund and you know, we're giving it the heroes that gave it all, you know. And now you can go. You can find it on wwwpops can whiskeycom and you can find it in the shop section or you can reach out to me on any social media. You know, pops we can whiskey at Popskin whiskey on Instagram, facebook and just get ahold of me and will figure we'll figure out a way to get it to you. It's awesome, Nice. So Bill, Bill got a Silver Star, three brown stars to par Purple Hearts and now he's got his own with his own Bourbon. Yeah, yeah, I was gonna say you think that's the top. Now I'm just adding, adding to the accolades, the chatting to the accolades. I'm sure his family to like, you know how you say you were honor to do it. I'm sure the family was just dishonored that you would even come up with this. You know. So I'm sure that they probably think that's a great way to you know, F re remember. And so, yeah, it's really it's I just want the money to go to the right places. Sure, and yeah, and do it justified, the right job, right and do it the right way and I can make money selling my old my other whiskies. All good, you know, we just definitely we do. We can help people and that's that's the old neighborhood way. That was the Old Philadelphia Love, true love. They did teach that. And Junior Adam, let's see, a man. Wait to see that. You. It was a good neighborhood. Good people coming out of these like self, good people coming out of there. JUNIETTA was like South Philly, self philways kind of. I mean, yeah, we had grants, you had higher numbers, you had it's like southwest to. I mean they're are. We all had these very good sections and then there's good people and there's a lot of heroes coming out of them and the quickest stories. I used to sell the I fhone and I can't get up button and I met a guy. Yeah, I love that, I love you. Used to sell it. Yeah, I loved it. Was for another company, but he needs to get wasn't the originally need to get one for take soon layoff? There's a layoff right there. But Anyway, I met this guy and I just I never forgot it. I got what. I went to the guy's house. He was battle of the bulge to and he lives in Knox he lived in Oxford Circle and I was always trying to at this time, this is back like twelve years ago, I wanted to interview them, I wanted a document this guy, because they weren't la. They none of us last forever, you know what I mean, like it's it's and it's tough. And now he had plaques on plaques, on plaques in a row house and Rocksford Circle, right around a street from the beer distribver, and I could never find his name again. Or Yeah, I just couldn't find his name or where I how I look them up or anything like that. But the guy was just, you know, and he's honestly, unfortunately, he's at the end of his life and I was like, this guy was the bad he was just bad. He was a bad banass back one time, in what I mean. And now, like he's he's moving on eventually and it's sad and we've raised a toast to him too, but I just always wanted to write that story about him. And I mean maybe you know Rad, but raise the toasted all these heroes and ancestors, and that's what this whisky's for and we're going to do with Michael Strange One and if anybody else has any interest in things after that one will do that. We'll go for we'll keep on going and that's what that's what we do. Very Clod. That's awesome. Yeah, it's amazing. Yep, nate. Any questions comments? I think makes drunk pack Trunk Back Right, Mats. Just say the whisky's great. SNAKESS, not at all, but I was listening to the store. Yeah, it's great. Yeah, the the wit, the Bourbon's great. The box, the labels awesome. Yeah, the bottles really cool. Yeah, the story's great. I think beyond all that, underneath it all, is the fact that all the proceeds are going to yeah, doing it the right yeah, I agree, not mean like that like usually here, like maybe like you know, twenty percent. Yeah, I agree with you need but the fact that it's a hundred percent going that way shows where your hardest, you know what I mean? It shows like, yeah, I get paid in full spirituality from while bill, so I'll be good. There you go arning that's a great way. That's a...

...good deal. Earn in some coins for the pearly gates. And it's not even that. It's just, you know, you know the ancestors, my family members, maybe they're up there with them rejoicon and you know they maybe they stole some angel share. Anyway, right, the her cups. I'm sure they've they've talked. Now, did you come out with this bottle. I think it's a hell of a bourbon. Not My going to lie. It's not my favorite, but it's a hell of a it's very good. It is very good. It is very good. You got a long list of things that choose from. I think I'm with you, Jim. I think we talked about it before. The classic is always the classic, the original classic, and you never go wrong with this. But if you like a little bite, you like a little bit of something just on the rocks that you're not mixing, this is the way to go. I'm not a cigar person, but I bet you just goes well whole. Yeah, tell, Yeah, tone, yeah, tone is so as a cigarden is well, the entire night. POPs might be coming out with some cigars eventually. Gotta. We got a lot of things in the pipeline. teaser. Wow, it's awesome. We got rum, we got GIN, more ours whisky's coming. Canadian. Was the Canadian styles coming? Next? There's gonna be a Canadian. It's from the S and you can wear your Montreal Canadians Tech. Yeah, there, that's the only thing that's good for right. It's Manne's. Look at for a banana. Lakari, you gonna do one of those really nine, I'm bananas. which ones he what's he want? Like a real long cork? Calls out like a Vanana Sid I could use for later. I'm sure it has a bank in it for well, CD, CD. He likes a little curve. Yeah, we're not going on CD's a little left curve, little right curve. We can make it double ended if you want it over lost. We ever got a flush? Oh God, spaces a commercial never happen. I got nothing. I'm gonna take that one. Banana La Cour. That was like. It's good. Yeah, I know I ought to take my subtle shots here there. Yeah, that was good. I have anything to come back to that? Yeah, I just had to take it like curve. Take it like a banana. It is. Take the curve and like it exactly. You can't handle the curve. Thank you. Thank you. Next, all right, it's a way to get it off the track real quick. Yeah, we talked about honored somebody that pin the Hend of the course. Let's get back on track. It's just some yeah, change the subject. All right. All right, that is it a good time for a break. Then we could make narroll more. He's fine. Irish whiskey not to get out here and we don't need that. All Right, I think we'll take a break. We thank you, Jason, for coming in. So there's there's yes, so they're limited moving yet the barrel one is released. Now get buying, people, get by R folks. Were going to take a quick break. We come back like we're going to talk about some Mandy Cerro, Daryl Morey and now...

We don't know bullshit. Well, we only he listened to our show. We only eat drink things that we like. We only support, we only support those brands that we like. We don't bullshit the real good things. Yeatter, like when it comes to sports. You talk out our ass. Yeah, you didn't drink, so you know. You know. I mean. For my my Berber guys out there, this is a very, very nice, very smooth bourbon. Like I said, it's a hundred one proof. You think, wow, it's gonna be fire, but it's it was. It wasn't bad at all. I didn't even smooth. I didn't even. I didn't even have to chase it. Don't even. Yeah, I come back on that many. Well, you didn't have me on that. You got guys. That's fine, but you didn't have nothing. Did it go down? Smooth? Down, I called you down, know masking. Did that go down? It went down real smooth. Exactly. This this thing you've ever read. Oh my God, Dude, you guys get excited about this. Seriously, he does, you guys, let's take you stay corrected. He does, and he's this...

...is this, I've forgot a fuse mentioning, but this wasn't his first Bourbon whiskeyer. It is the first. He's got a couple other bet other ones. You had before with us. Yeah, that was like he brought those four bottles in. Yeah, that was one hundred. There was a couple of foot that before. Wasn't it? One hundred per the bootleggers? Two hundred and twenty? Well, twenty. It's got a he's got a Rye. Yeah, is it twelve years? The One? The one that was like ninety? If the last time, was it the apple. What even the Apple One? I don't know, but that one was really like damn like that one. I would drink around a fire and fall or something. Yeah, that's what this is. I want to I want to do this so like telling ghost stories, for for Bourbon drinkers like you, if you want to get really nerdy with it, they stay say, like you taste it straight first. Yeah, then you put a drop of water in it and see water, water or water, depending on where you're from, and that like opens up the flavors of it even more. So I'm definitely going to be building that. I'M gonna be so on, so on. The rocks you'll drink on now, just you do it straight without ice. Then Gen just to drop a just to drop taste it again, and then you could put it on a rocks. Okay, I didn't do them. I'm not a he knew if before urban nerves. I'm not. I'm not in a Risponder, I'm not any any type of Aristocrat or anything. I learned this from others. So cran Bourbon SNOB. So No, no, I will just good. Don't drink Evan Williams in the load, the lower shelf stuff. I'm not like. I'll drink a Miller light if I have to. It's the only thing that's off for drink lines. I would drink a lines. Yeah, lad, that's one thing. I agree with you. That's sixteen bucks in case. Yeah, right, I mean the Ice I dragon that the ice man used to get eight dollar cases of shaffer to take sat joe's with. Bye. They're not good. They're not good. Yeah, they're I haven't tried that. I had to depend state once. Actually, they're not good, horrible. Is it like a seltzer? Because I'm not a fully so for your know it. It really tastes like you're drinking fruit. I think I thought I was a seltzer. Now it's matter, not natural. It seltzers. Now it's on S. Yeah, it's on a seltzer. Actually, yeah, it's a beer. It's strawberry lemonade beer or something. Yeah, it's not. It's not great. That sounds horrible. Okay, let's get back. We're here for sports. We think two people come to listen for sports, but we do things other sports. Right, we do what we enjoy here and we support our friends. So again, Jason. He's already on the road with thanks to Jason for coming out sharing some of the new bourbon with us. It's awesome, and go buy some Bourbon. All right, where we at with the draft? We you guys were on there any trades? I don't care about. No trades, not know. decided it excite sides like laid around Pitt late picks for picks thing that broken. Shams, who I trust more than woods, said that Kyrie's going to opt into his contract and then requested trainers trade. So how has the draft? We're on like five. Is it been chalk? Pretty much so far. Yeah, the first the first three picks, the Freddy got one. The first three picks weren't the way that anyone predict. Yeah, I did say I saw somebody earlier today thought he was going to go one and everybody was n everyone thought it's going to be everything. One thought is gonna be Gibari Smith. Yeah, Smith, that's a good bed. Jalen Green, that's yeah, yeah, poor Keegan Murger Mary goes to the Kings. Yeah, one of the he was a twins, one of the twins in Iowa. This year he's at a forward. He's a forward for these listen as of power forward. They just traded for some and they have badly, but badly that. Does he play the flame back? Oh, that's right's right. I don't want hair, so I'll take hair, some barns over Eric Gordon. Your cred crazy, you always don't. You don't...

...like a recording because he's associated with Daryl Morey. That's all. No, no, I just know it is. There were fortheless, like maybe not the last two years, but prior to that e recorded was a name. There was always coming there. It's these players that I don't know if it's a six or six or fans, that get in our minds like if we get this kid can shoot, get it down. It's five years later. I don't want him anymore. Thirty three and he can handle the ball. Thirty three's not old, I mean not in basketball. Seen deep play games. I heard de can handle the ball exactly. So thirty three is young. MM. Should see him on Wednesday nights handle the ball. What I don't I play? I played a hell out of defense, all right. I get hot and I get tall and thought was when to get traded. He said he's George Lynch. Yeah, yeah, you can say that, I guess. So what would you say your defense is like if you had to compare yourself to a modern NBA players, there is no compact. You like Marcus Art because your big Celtics Fan. So, yeah, he just got defense player of the year. He's like the Glove Gary Paton, G P H. I was gonna Guess Bell Yo. So somebody just put four grand on Smith. GOING THROW IT overall? Yeah, me on a grant. What is one on ground? Wow, me see. I can never find those that like, not in the PA markets. I always see where you can bet on the draft and I don't see that on any of the books that I have. What are books? You have? Fand old draft kings, Barstool free plugs? Yeah, right, pay US, pay us, I have you. Have you ever bet on any of those days? No, I don't bet the draft because to me is just like it's too unpredictable. It's yeah, it's unpredictable. It's not worth betting on. I just never see it's fun, though, if you were to him if I was able to do it, I might do it once in a while, but probably wouldn't ever. I don't. I think it's a bad bet. Yeah, but then that's a hell of a hit, but I mean to a hell of a hit. But how many people bet that he was going to go first? Right, yeah, and if you're betting for grand, you have four grand to lose. Yeah, again, getting that were grand on the draft, a rave pick. GOT THAT MONEY TO LOSE. You know, maybe we're tipped off. Yeah, I don't know. Yeah, you know somebody that knows somebody. Right, you better trust that to somebody that he's in the circle. Right. Yeah, he's in the house. Speak, he's at the table where you speaking of that, though, did you see the whole root Michael Reuben thing? You know, how he's selling his staps and he's getting in the sports bedding. But also there's sort of a loophole that he might be working with with not owning the sixers anymore. He's going he's gonna pay players that come to the sixers, because you can't do that as an owner, obviously. So, I mean I'm I'm all for a little shady business action and he's our teams. Go ahead, thank you. I mean, if that's going to help the sixers, way andsome guys one, because I feel like he but well, he's gonna turn fanatics into a sports book right and eventually go from there. Then he can't own a team right now. That's why he's selling his stakes in the sixth se s he'll get more money. Sports, sports, mother could awesome. Yeah, that'd be fun. That'd be funny. I mean, Rubens from Boston. He's a Boston guy. He's Robert crast none of these owners are Philly. A SERIOUS SCOTT HARRIS IS IN JERSEY? Yeah, or not? Just Scott Harris? Sorry, Scott, Josh Josh? It is Josh Harris, you jerk. Yeah, you were saying Scott and I said I said Josh. No, you know's got. I said Josh Hars. So then you got run about. Well, run it back. I said Josh Harrison. Maybe you said Scott or Josh. You said Scott and he said Josh Harris originally in and then he said Josh, Josh Has Scott Harrison? Let me know. It is Josh Shot O'Neil. Who? Scott O'Neil is one who stepped down. Yeah, but I'm just saying if I'm voting his share,...

...if into it. If if Ruben is willing to do that little shady business, that be awesome. I'm all for it. Therese it'll help the sixers, I'm all for it. I don't see anything. The NBA, hopefully won't see anything. They don't see anything, NBA. No, yeah, they don't. Just why the less? It involves sex. Well, that's the thing. It all involve the sixers. So No, it won't. It won't. which brings me to my topic of how the NBA is just horrible any more. Just horrible. I mean NBA's being ruined by these diva players. It's just the same thing every offseason where once somebody layer controls the whole layout of the offseason, and right now it's Kevin Duran, it's Kyre earving, Kyrier. Yeah, I mean you saw it happen last two ranks on their contracts. So he can't control but if but he can have leverage. Yeah, look at Ben Simmons. He controlled it this whole season. Pretty much doesn't mean anything anymore. That's all right. Yeah, well, the players, the players have a last of all. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. It's getting ruined. It's usually I'm on the side of the players usually all the time, but I think the NBA is a little gets it, lets it get carried away a little too much. It's two years equal back two years. It's basically everybody. If they're not winning at the team they go to, they want to go to, they just round. Yeah, I've been here two years and we stink and my team's not getting better. I want out. There's no nobody stays around and that's why I was good to say I love it. Golden States winning. They're a homegrown team. Right, you know how many, how many free age into many trades are on that team? Right? Not a lot for all home grown. Right. Yeah, I mean Clay Thompson, curry and Dreamon, aggy IGGY. But yeah, it's all stop that someone. Yeah, Jordan Pool, they didn't even have it was a trade, but it is a trade. They didn't even have James Wiseman this year, but he's a good player and they're getting him back next year. I mean the other worriors do it, right. So does that? Does that tell us? Don't trade the piece, don't trade Maxi. Yeah, but Matisi is. I don't care about be quite just. I don't think you have to worry about maxie unless it's which I think you do it. I don't even trade Maxie for beal and I love Bradley beal, but kd, I think you have to do it, because KD and bead. Yeah, that's card. Now the equation during stoppable a DN and bead. Yeah, I'm not arguing me there. Yeah, but is it going to happen? Now? It's not. It's very unlikely. Let that trait the I mean it's already saying the trade package would have to be the best ever in a trade. So what's the best that the sixers could offer? Tobias Sobiacy thible tible for first round picks, including this year's, which would have to be in the matter of, you know, an hour. Go back to KC and finishes. No, what do they have? An OKAYC. They have a yeah, but he's not ready. He's ready to win. He's ready to win now. They're not ready to win in the next three years. Where does he go? Lakers? No, Portland, poortland would be interesting. But what do they have? Poorlandmb. Is he coming back? Yeah, who knows? With him? I mean where? I honestly think. I think the next he's the best. I think. I think rob I think the Knicks, like Tomty just said, Miami could be an interesting if they decided they want to throw Jalen Brown the Brooklyn Good luck bought beating that package. Yeah, but allows could be an interesting one. Go to Phoenix and put that by what it's all phoenix. Phoenix give he there's rumors that he wants a team up with CEP three endevil. But would you give from Phoenix if they I try to call bridges Dandre and I said, all right, well, maybe the sign traced differently. A True Day. Today, in eight months you got a Detroit, yeah, and Kate Conningham. That'd be interesting. But Phoenix has some pieces, not not enough. We must you include Booker Trade, Dr Broker to to. I wish the Lakers will end up ed for like pennies. Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. Jade and I be went number five, by the way. Yes, dude, from a number six and still no traits. That no traits, nothing beside late draft picks. The...

...problem is is that like you're running into a situation where, like you're running out of time. You're ready about the time when in beat. Yeah, I'm concerned. Yeah, you know, any saying all the right things. You want to retire here, but like so, yeah, how many other guys have said they want to retire with her leave this year is like and again I knew you're not a fan of them, but hoping that harden comes back and is the Brooklyn Rden that started the season at average is like two twenty seven. The only one thing I will say about it, which we were used to seeing, you know, with Ben Simmons and fold, so it doesn't excite us, is that I feel like this is the first offseason where it seems like Harden's committed. He's been working out every day. Yeah, but that translates something. I'm that doesn't say. We've seen those videos. Everyone trains, everyone works, I mean like tells their thinking. I have a problem, and you and I like harden, but here's the problem. I happen to him. He said he would do anything to help this team. Then don't opt in at forty seven million. Negotiate a deal. I mean, I know it's hard for us to say don't take the forty seven but by taking a forty seven million he gives us, he kills any chance of us to improve the team. Yeah, well, that's the way. Well, from the player perspective though, like yeah, I'm taking my money but maybe you could give him the money like in a longer extension. That's all I'm saying. But he wants it all guaranteed right now. But maybe he's thinking, all right, let me take this player option and because I know they're going to move to bias, Harris has contract and thighable, you know, and the future drafts and the future draft picks. You really think they're gonna be able to move to Vice? I don't think somebody's taken devices contract. Maybe a third team that's willing to eat it. You'RE gonna have to take another shitty contract back. I mean, you know these dreams. Danny Green got it. Danny Greens and other piece are going to trade this whole team can trying to tread and that's the problem. I made a good when he said like I keep on being like, Oh yeah, we're excited, but like how many times they rebuilt the team? They whatever. Also say this is great every all season, the restruction the whole roster, it seems like, and it just doesn't. It hasn't worked, not keeping during the playoff run we were we were all talking that there are two one talchables on this team, and of course they're and beat him Maxie at hard it because you have now no before while. Oh, but you have to these is. That's that still stand true. I would trade harden. I would trade harden. So who's the WHO were the untouchables left on the team? And much and beat. And if K I think, and yeah, it should be made, a good point. If KD. If KD is in a tradeoff orm, then m bead everyone else. If you watch the movie hustle and be devailable and beat is available as that right, sugar. What's this? Last same in sugar, sugar bomb or something. It's a funny last same. There's Stanley, Stanley sugarman or something. Stanley sugarman right, isn't it? I think it's stands same like Stanley sugar. Yeah, you have watched hustle yet? Got A lot. You gotta Watch it. And bed was available. Our are one of our Intros, is one of the cuts of the movie. Yeah, from an older originally Drem Yehio. He's never seen. Smithy has a seen yet. Yeah, it's good. I mean I just saw it. Was Our yeah, I think it was a little over hype because of the Philly thing. Yeah, but I mean a bad it's like if, if I was board one night in need, it's on, I'd probably turn it on again. Stanley sugar, heather watched it with me and normally I can't get here to watch anything. Right, sports movie. She Yep, remember the titans. If that's the one, she sits down and watches it every time. Everyone outside of that, outside of that, she doesn't really care for sports movies. Sports movie, absolutely. Ah, I'm it's greatest football sports movie. I don't I think it's. I think there's yeah, not many. For what is it? Remember the time of the Titans? That's one of my I think it's the best sports movie ever and it's a true story. Yeah, which makes it even greater. The way, the way it ended. Yeah, it's I didn't...

...like the way ended either. I agree. Yeah, what I mean, it's just, well, don't spoil it. I don't want to be those who haven't seen you weren't disappointed a little in that. For what? The ending a hustle. All right, now, we're not saying. We're just saying, like, don't you tell him Bout Remember The Times way? Huh, no, no, remember, the is a great ending. But yeah, but you, but at the ending a hustle. Weren't you a little disappointed? Yeah, but it's our I mean ending as kind of bad. Same, we can't say. But hold on. You right, you sent, you saw long called gems. Right, Jim, yes, you remember that ending. Yes, we disappointed with that. It was just that made the movie, though. You know. Yeah, the movie was just like what is going on? Movie mads kind of like and everywhere. Oh Shit, like all right, yeah, sick. Yeah, that would have been my luck, you know. Yeah, Damn, don't do that. I got it ready here. Bang. Thank you. That would have been a kind of funny thing if they had them, and don't spoil it. Well, if they, if that, that that scene, that that would have been funny, if Mike Breen was on the call like bank. I don't be a good sandler comedy. Touched, though. You guys seen a new top gun movie. What are we going to movie reviews now? Not yet, now, you haven't seen it yet. Now, I thought you did see it. Oh shoot, I'm sorry. I saw the original. Just saw the original, right, you're young body. Original was the originals. It was good, but the new one, wow, I don't know. S Yeah, it would day. It was bad to me what though? Nay, I agree. The original is a little over height, the original, I guess, just because of what it was and who was in it at that time, at the time, right. But the new one, Oh man, you've really if you have the time on like a Sunday afternoon or song and you're like Hey, Lee, you know what's good, you need you need, know we're gonna go. Say we're just trying to find it. It's I'm pretty excited for for yes, I'm with you that. I saw the trailer for those. I just I just not's, not to not to be compete complete, to work, to works here, but I just ordered the a secret wars. Nate, did you? Did you read the Secret Wars? No, I know what you're talking about, right. That's like couldn't be like that. I thought you big marvel trilogy thing. Secret. Yeah, it. I'm a yeah, is that like the new avengers for Marvel? That's gonna be there. It's gonna be the next like doing. They're replacing all the old? Yeah, they're get getting all the old venders out the replacing them with these new guys. Yeah, well, they're called the new avengers. Okay, actually, yeah, I'm not I'm not a big model, like. I've seen the movies. Not a huge marvel nerd, though, but I enjoy the movies. Marvel, I'm a but while we're star wars, where we're on the topic, will bean is apparently amazing. It was good. I'm good for any star wars geeks. Yeah, but I'll top gun maverick. You got us it. Yeah, it's awesome. It's an instant, instant favorite from me. Yeah, one of my favorites. That's how good of and also it was all right. Yeah, you got a short life, I do, but I've seen a lot of cinnamon in my in my day cinema, cinemax, skin of Mexican homes, scale marks. Now that that moves awesome. Garden pick seven. So eight, we're nine. Eight, we're we're running running out of time here. Obviously the sixers aren't going to pick by are we are trading? Are we trading this pack? I don't know, like I thought they would have a done by now, but I think they're gonna draft somebody and then trade them. That's seems yeah, it seems like old. Maybe they package it with thible. Yeah, three team trading its word into they just make it. Say it. We New York's pursuing ivy from give Randall or whatever.

What's his name? RANDOL? Okay, I I don't even know this rookie Clais. It doesn't matter. Yeah, I mean sixers do not need this really know to it's it's just like, you know, the talent kind of drops off, and that's kind of every NBA draft where the town just drops off. Yeah, the first true sax at like the first settler's time. There is some good players that they say could go late, but you don't know. There's like that's I feel like that's every NBA draft. Hear that, like the tearing of the seams. Yeah, I think Jesus. Quietly we locked eyes. There he's Mike's. They pick up a lie and then I gotta be careful, all right, but I don't think there's much more else to side. And I know we wanted to go through our our sixers blueprint and off she's at some point, but that's also do they now phillies? Yeah, the phillies are on a bad little free kid here. I mean, it is what it is. Yeah, all back and thanking and all, but like, but here's the thing. Man Needs he's got, he's got a got a Ben Simmons House. The only problem to Phillies, we can't afford to have these little skin now. That's true, because we're far enough behind, like ninety four games left, whatever is something like that. They gotta Win. They gotta win like Fifty Games, fifty fifty something of the day. Gotta win series. Yeah, and they got a in series against better team. Tonight they got San Diego. They got to take three out of four. That braves. Their not taking the brave series is mighty huge and it's we did from freaking the dodgers. Yeah, it could take through out for from San Diego. San Diego's on as good either. Right. The only problem is we have the back order of our rotations. Is it? Yeah? Are they? Yeah, there, that's a sending. there. We're setting it up. It's it's gonna Happen. The defense is really it's not so much the defense, it's the inconsistency. But we knew that going into the season. Yeah, we knew that going into the season. How bad the incnsistency with the lineup is a problem. They have bad plays, a really inopportunity. Yeah, Huh. Now the whole team. Well, you just specials. Yeah, picking out those two? Are they like? We talked about a last year at the deadline. They might have to get a right field or two if Harper can't throw again this year. You know I mean you got to get a center fielder and you need to get your bullpen someholp. But Damn if this continues, we need another outfielder if carper can't throw, hide your seller at the deadline. You're not buying. I hope not. I want to buy. I want to buy because that means I think we're in contention for a playoffs. So we'll see, though, got a month. Thought about a month right till the deadline. Yeah, so, flyers, got a coach. I think we'll save we'll save the hockey talk for winning. Our Guy Pet is on, no, he's a hockey head. Little tease for next week. He's been very live comment great coach of the year live from down under towards we're going to have our Guy Pat Sweeney hanging out with us. Get ready for that, pat. It'll be our first accent, right. Does he have the accent? Does have the accent? Will be our first act. We all have accents. We just don't hear nordist that. Don't these philly accent get a mite. Good, I might. That's pretty good, right, it was. Okay, you can't say hey, horrible. He doesn't say shrimp on the Bobby. Right, no, that's that's not a good thing. Give mean, what's there? What's the beer? What's the fust fault? Fosters? Fosters is swill as far as he's give me, give me another foster's mate. Who was the Oh yeah, pat just said you have the accent. Thank you say I thought. Now think we have the philly accent.

I don't go to really your Australian accent. I think he means we have the accent in first city. Jan's a little thing. He says no one drinks falsters. So really they don't. I yeah, if we're going off the last thing, I think the sixers do not make the twenty three pick by either trading out of it with or without thee. Were giving extures of free agency. Do we gotta next week? No, next week, yea. Free Agency starts by July. I thought it was all right. You can start tampering. So next isn't it to be tampering? It'll be the thirty next Thursday. Yeah, so you will have it. Idea tampering. So not re at tampering. Everything that happens to it all gets spilled, not necessarily, Frank Gore, the legal temper. Yeah, frank or come Wollman it, no flashbacks. Oh my God. All right. So the next week, it says, we're going to focus on fires, tampering and pampering, baby and and and the sixers offseason. We'll see what they did. darred more dared Morley. I'm so sorry, Darrel. We got a third star. I'm sorry. By next week, I'm not. I'm not drinking a ninety nine bananas like you. Brother. I adn't get on my knees for Darren Morley. He's got a job to do and he hasn't done it yet. He's being paid to do that. He can get on his knees for me. I might get them for him. All Right, folks, thanks for hanging out with US tonight. We spent a lot of time talking Bourbon and Whiskey, because that's what we like. We hope you enjoyed it. Continue to enjoy the NBA draft tonight. Will see what the sixers do. I thought that this point in the draft there would have been a lot of movement, not just from the sixers. I just thought, yeah, but the sixers running out of the first run. And then they try a player rights. Yeah, the right, yeah, the rights to. Maybe we'll get lucky and it'll be like the trade will go in our favorite see we'll get the mini. Try to mccaw bridges with somebody. Yeah, let's go like fingers crossed. Let's go down and do something. All Right, folks, thanks for hanging out on another SEB episode of the State of Bud first podcast. We will see you next week here live.
