We have heard about multiple players during Eagles Training Camp that have had really good camps. Miles Sanders, Jalen Hurts , the defense as whole have been all praised throughout the media. Nick Sirianna has already said that there is no hitting at all, which theguys beg the question why can't they hit. It is football they should be hitting.

We got no Martin's tonight. We got nate money malls keeping his living on the air. What's going on, nate? Yeah, I did. Um, I did hear the intro last week. He asked me Dj kind of butchered it. I do appreciate that. He he called me a professional. There's one thing where we've been missing out on for I don't know how many years now. Deek Is Deek. Dj's name is Donald Joseph why are we not calling him Dojo? You need to be calling him Dojo. Actually, not bad. The Martin Martin Martin Dojo, Donald Sense a sense Martin. Do you think hey listen? We'll see if they're listening, if they chime in on that comment. I'm let's give a thanks to our sponsor before we get started here. We got insure PHILLY DOT COM. I always thought he was. I always thought he was DJ. WAS DEECK DONALD JR? No, because he's Donald Kennedy, which is why he's deep interesting. Okay, yeah, I heard that last week. I did not know that. When DJ called Him Deek, it was like it was uncomfortable, or he called him Donald Kennedy, he was uncomfortable. And then D came back and said, okay, Donald Joseph, and I was like, Oh, Donald Joseph, I don't think we don't like your first name. Would you pass it on Um, especially if you're not it's a family name? Well, right, but you're not keeping it going like you're not. You're not. You're not making him junior third or that's fascinating. Yeah, I don't know. That's what I cut the James Off. You know, brodies Dylan is Dylan is, dyalings. Have Your own identity, kid. That's right, although I've never made a James, never met a James I didn't like. We're good guys, Jimmy Johnson. So you know, you gotta throw one out there, dude. That's an easy one. That is an easy one. That's a softball Lebron James. It's not a first name. I don't not. I don't not like. I don't dislike Lebron either. I just don't think he's as good as Jorban. But yeah, that's a whole other convex. Yeah, we're not. I'm with you in there. I'm with you in there. My Dad threw me some will um stats today too, and I was like, I don't, deeks not here and I don't know if we'll get any sixers talk, so we'll save them for another time. He's got the he's got the bulletin on a couple of scrap books at home. He'll reference that next week. Yeah, I'm sure he'll bring out like it was his shoeboxes stained black and whites. It was like his Max points in a game, his Max rebounds in a game, his Max assist in a game and it was like we all know the hungred points, but then I think the the rebounds are like fifty in a game. And then assists were like...

...twenty something, which isn't that much if you look at some of the guys today, like Chris Paul and Er. Sponsors. Let's get it. Yes, all right, before we keep going, let's remember our sponsors. Look at you, look at your being a professional. I try the best bastion of responsibility here. All right, to our sponsors. Insure philly dot com, the Mat Maloney Agency. Give him out a call for all your insurance needs. Get up to ten quotes and about ten minutes we got you covered. UH, keeping US hydrated. POPs McCann's fine whiskey's give Jason Fogg. Look him up on socials. I believe you can still order through the website. POPs McCann's whiskey. Um, he's got a nice spread of different whiskeys and bourbons now, plenty to choose from. So give Jason Fogg a caller, look him up online for your whiskey needs. And tonight we had, like always, Moma me his pizzas. Today we had a be throw in another one. Flann requested a pepper and green on into green pepper. It's pretty good, pretty good. So well, as we get into the season and figure out something to do with mom and me's get some type of like, say it a special say to Combo going for football games, but I gotta reach out to Brandon about that. So we need to get there to make like a deep cal zone or something like duck meat and, I don't know, something else in there to yeah, he's dottled you a little, duck liver worst, yeah, liver worse, and onions strungaway. Say something else, but that we can put in it. Maybe a bag of him. I didn't right. Right, all right, boys, let's get into let's get some some sports talk. PHILS, deadline. Um, there was a point in a day where we were like, Tombrowski is not doing anything. What does he have to do? What can he move? Nobody wanted to move prospects or prospects are worth their weight in gold. And then towards the end of the day movement started. Did you really think he wasn't gonna do anything? I as am, I didn't think he was going to do and I thought he was gonna do like a marginal move like he asked me about, like the social move. If that was it, I was gonna be like, all right, that's it. That's not his history. Anywhere he's gone. If you look at it. Deadline is like Dombrowski talks, yes, free agency and the deadline, which is what he delivered this Ye. Right, that's why you brought him in here. That's why I brought him in, right, but like that, those moves that he made, like, I don't and I think we're all in agreement, right, like I could give two ships about happy, like, I'm not saying that. Listen, he could be good, right, but anybody could be good. How many times have we seen catchers in this system? They were supposed to be great or Hey, Haf far oh was going to be the next person. When we went in the cliff Leet, that was the headliner deal, like Oh, happy, I'm one good year. You got a center fielder that's cheap for five and a half years. That's going to as far as I'm concerned, because Dombrowski's star hunting, that's going to get another star this offseason. Well, more importantly, he can play defenses, right, like that's the bigger thing. You put it, but you put a glove in between Castianos and Schwarber, who are both limited in the field. Yes, I think that's the biggest thing you had to dooble out there losing flyballs in the outfield. I mean I saw that. You feelings serviceable. Listen, brely can stay on the squad. He's a bench player, but I think it was a good move. Yeah, I think I definitely do. I mean, listen, if there was one thing that we found out this year is that we have a pretty damn good hitting coach that can fix players like look at what he's done the boom swing. I mean look what he did the sholder before he came because he was at Washington. But I think he did the same thing with marsh. If you get two sixty to two seventy and a guy that plays good defense, you're winning in this line up already. Right. And he's a young guy, right. He was the number one prospect in the angels before he came up. He's played in the big leagues two years. Sometimes the change of scenery is good and I can imagine, you know, I said this to you guys when it happened. This lineup is a lot better than the angels line up. The Angels Lineup Has Tony and a bunch of holes. I mean rendon has been a disaster. Um, obviously trout's hurt. Like there's not really much to go buy out there. So you do this? I just can't. I can't see any negatives there. And I heard people complaining about trading MONIAC as well at home run today. Big freaking deal, big freaking deal. Was it gonna play here again? Wasn't gonna play and it wasn't gonna work. And I don't like the fact that people are like, oh, he wasn't giving his chance. He was giving a chance the first round pick in two thousand seventeen. They tried to save money then. Right, but it's been a long but what I'm saying is he wasn't given a fair shake after he broke well, duty got hurt in spring training and when he was here he didn't produce. Now Mode. That's what people need to think about. We like and the other thing that I'm tired of hearing too, was like, oh, jts washed. Jt has been very good, his defense has been outstandings been better. He's still throwing out runners. Unbelieving that you don't mean everybody who's live to match. That's been better since when the last couple of weeks moved him into the four hole. He's been he's been a lot better. Yet he's n you've also you also got to realize I think people when they look at...

Catcher, they have this idea of like Piazza bashing right. That's never been and he's someone paced for that and he's hitting what's heat to sixty now, I mean, you know, and he still runs the base as well and all the intangibles he brings. Plus he controls his staff. You give him a good staff, he's deadly. This bullpen has been lights out and you've got to give him some credit for that too. The one move that I say that could like, and I'm not even saying because like potentially, could be a good pickup. I do think the picture that the cub's got Ben Brown is decent, but you have enough starters in this rotation and pain are and able. You have to give him out and Robertson shore up your bullpen. So I have no problem with that because, like, you can't worry about what three or four years if Ben Brown becomes a four or five with the cubs. That doesn't matter. Does anybody care what we gave up for Joe Bladon? No, and you've got four guys now that have closed games. So I like their chances in the playoffs. And they got rid of familiar and they got rid of Herrera. So like and you're bringing indeed harper. He made some good I gotta ask you, though, you couldn't get rid of that hat at the deadline, and what's going on there? It is grateful deadhead. It's your fish hat. Yeah, I like it all right. I didn't know if that was a home drawn or I don't know if you do that yourself. When you first came I thought you had I thought you had a wrap on with a with a grateful dead rap. It seriously as like I'm waiting for the war in town, for the loft the weed to come through the door when you came walking through. They were in town last week. I heard the outstanding. Yeah, the Dead Company, John Marre. Yeah, they're really good. I'm not. I'm not a deadhead. I can't get into that. The beard. The beard says otherwise. But all right, yeah, Um, talk about like the prospects in the farm system. I feel like this, this team, it goes through cycles of our farm system sucks. We've got nobody down there and then, oh, we have all these great players and we can't get rid of them. We don't want to get rid of them. It's the future. We don't have a great record of really bringing players up through our farm system. We've had in a few here and there. I think the two pictures they have are going to be I think painter is going to be. Well, if you look at Dombrowski's track record in Florida, in Detroit and Boston, he brings guys up. I think gay or able will be up in this rotation next year, next year at least maybe, and if not, mcgarret right. So, like, here's the thing. Like there was not like somebody like jump Paul Joe, which can't believe I'm going to give this guy any airtime, but the idiot from W I p said last night, Oh, I to give up brain, don't you got to give up able and painter? Well then, hell no, I'm not giving him up, but it could be a free agent at the end of this year. Well, that was the sticking point. You know, he's got an option for this show. He wouldn't even give it up either. He's already hit his innings pitch, so he can opt out. But here's the thing. You know, you've got a organization that you brought in Dombrowski. They've made major it is to win now, but they've made major changes. They've shifted away from the analytics nonsense that Clintach was so married to. Right. They've really changed the way they scout their investing in Latin America. So they're doing things different. It's gonna take time, but if you look at what's on the team now, you have two starters that that comprise your Infield, that comprise your Infield, that are your homegrown prospects, and Stott and boom. You can't overlook that. You're a SNOLA is homegrown. Your bullpens, Sir Anthony, home grown. So I don't think they're doing it poorly, you know, and I think the guys that are coming up are contributing. Listen, like I know a couple in the beginning year of people are like go, get him out of here. I think figured out. I think I was on. I was on them without power, but that will come if he's if he's driving the ball, the power will come. He's too big for and he's not going to be in the three hole when Harvard comes back, but he's doing a service's job right now in the three hold. Listen, I think about if you got to shake the line up the way he's hitting and I think abou putting him in the one hole. I'd really think about it. I would hope marsh could get there, but I don't know. If I don't know, he's bad in ninth today. You would hope marsh can get the one. I mean I think that would be he's got the speed different being the one. He's gotta Yea, he can make contact. Maybe next year. I mean I don't think Scots leadoff in material is it? I don't know. You just can't tell with these guys. They're just you're watching them grow on the job. Well, didn't we need the last time we were in here and you weren't here that week, but we tried to figure out, and I don't know if we figured it out, nate, when was the last time a leadoff hitter had the chance of leading the National League in home runs as well? Because we we started we started talking about Ricky Henderson, we thought, but he never let the League home runs now and I think the most he hit was the Yankees. Yeah, I forget, forget, I'll Fondo Striana. Okay, yeah, going to crush that. Yeah, yeah, and then just F Hulu was crashing, so I couldn't get you guys in. That's all right, I think it's one. It's to one thor gave up another home run. I don't like the is it actually on Hulu tonight? But what is it streaming on? What was? I have no idea what. No, I don't like the streaming for...

...baseball. I don't. I know you're not. I don't like. I'm waiting to see what the NFL is gonna do with Amazon an apple, right. Didn't apple get the Sunday ticket, did they? I know DIREC TV lost they lost it. They got Apple TV has it, I believe. Yeah, so I don't know. That's the future. But then, but then you've got to do the whole we just had this conversation last week. I have an unplugged yet right, I still have and I still kick myself. Every month I get this two bill and I'm like, what am I paying for? And then I talked to other people, are like we were stream and we do this and we do that. Then I feel like I'm technologically challenge. I'm like, I think I could do that, but then I tell then I presented to the House and they're all look, no, I don't want to do it. I'm like, God Jesus Soares by Youtube, Youtube TV. That was what that was the recommendation I got and I think when that started out it was like sixty a month. I think now it's up to like but you still then, you're still adding them, the streaming services on top of it, like are you gonna get rid of your Netflix and your Disney? And Your Netflix is ten, but what is it? Ten? Fifteen bucks? I don't know. I steal my parents Disney, I think is twelve a month. We gotta deal with Hulu. But if we don't have the Hulu Prime, I think hulse like five bucks a month. Right, Amazon. Amazon included prime. Right, an apple TV? I HAVE APP TV for that? I don't know, because I feel like they have apple and I've never signed on Apple TV, but I have TV for free for a certain amount of time. But then, like, Um, I think when we signed on for t mobile. They gave US apple for free. On Apple TV, I don't know is what I don't know what going to be on Apple TV. I think red zone to separate entity. Red Zone, you can still subscribe, like I didn't have the Sunday ticket, but I had red zone. You get that through verizon or comcast. I think that's a separate entity. So that would be we'll see. All right, we're getting back to the trades, back to the great movie. What do you yeah, great, he's excited to be here. You heard he got he asked for the ball back. Yeah, look, he got these guys, but if you need you needed three or free. I was gonna say even if he's your four right, you have to make it. It's better than they have to make it to the playoffs. I'm not saying he has to pitch in the playoffs. You might go ranger as your three and go three man rotation. I would think that's probably what you're gonna do until you until you get into seven game series. He could be he's pitched. He would be long, long mid relief like you don't you're not gonna go more than three in the playoffs. They probably will, but you got you gotta get there. He made one million, paying one million. No, but he also wants to be here too. He was excited to get got here, hustled and got him about the mets fans. I do love it. He just got it. So he's going to be thirty. Yeah, he's not old, but he's lost his he doesn't have his face Baltimore. I think he cops out at like nineties and I don't know he's here. Thing people need to that's a transition. His first year back from Tommy John. Second Year is when you get that velocity usually back. This is always first year from Tommy John. So next year he could be throwing ninety eight again. So you resigned in him, then you don't want him. I would sign him as like a three year. I'd see what he wants. But yes, I think he still has a lot left. I think you got to give somebody another year back. Aarater Tommy John in my opinion. Yeah, plus again, bad situation out there in L A. I mean that was I mean look at wheeler stats before he came here. They were they were good. Yeah, but his velocity and the pitches he throws, I mean that was always there. That wasn't in question. He's been as dominant. But you see, I think it's a good move. Consider us. You didn't give up a lot for either. You didn't really didn't empty the cupboard. You have catching prospects, you have Raymuto money next year. You have your your outfield set. You're only position it right now. You don't know about well, Middlefield. It's either second or shortstop. Really it depends on what you do, but I don't think you're gonna pay some order. I don't think it doesn't sound like the right so you have stopped a second, you have signed a short stop and you signed whoever. Yeah, are they good enough to win right now? If they listen? You've seen teams get in the playoffs and get hot. One thing I would tell you if I was an opposing team, I wouldn't want to face this lineup. If, if too three of these guys are hot. CASTIANDO's continues to hit what I think three seventy three or three three. Yeah. So like, if you get them hot and like bones been hitting consistently, where's your hole in this lineup? Might be marsh, but everybody else in this in this lineup can match but that's the problem. You had a bunch of masters. You need some hitters on there. You do well your boom, if boom can be a hitter, because you need to have guys on base hitting. I was gonna says is leading the team. It hits. I mean all the criticis him. He's getting the power numbers. I know...

...we're not bike hoskins, but I think I've I was base. I flipped the script. I think they're gonna probably try to sign him this off season. I don't know about it. You got haul too. I don't know who. I don't think. I don't know. You can hit one pitch. Used Him right now. But he's also young, and no, I'm not saying that. So you think Derek could be starting first? I don't know. I'm gonna I think. I think you've got to think about it, because you've got you know, you've got to think about the future, to schober eventually might have to play in first base, where Muto might eventually have to play in first base. Are you going to dump a lot of money into a first baseman with already hoskins can also, I feel, like Harper next year? Yeah, yeah, you're right, and we don't need to be next year everything. You go back to your question. Do I think they can win? Yes, I think they don't win now? Yes, because I don't I can talk baseball just for so long. But at the same time, when I looked at this team and I look at all the trades that that everybody made, obviously the splashally pay with San Diego, I thought that the phillies did the right things. They showed up what they needed to show up and then they got better pitching. And then when you look at this run without harper to me, and with the Cold Castiano and and having a bullpen game every five days, right. But if you look at this we were, you know, it's always been the bullpen, it's always been the pitching, but I feel like the arms have held the team up right, like it's not been so much the batch, it's been the arms, because not everybody has been hot. It kind of comes and goes, you know, like you know what was Swolberg's month, July, June. He's been a little bit of both, a little bit of a little bit, well, not a little bit, a lot of both. But but now Costiano is supposedly, I think I heard that his best month in his career. Yes, he it was Schrebert June, boom July, and we're CASIOT has iron September. He's gonna be back before that. Yeah, city swinging right new weeks, maybe at the so my thought is just like, like, is this team built to win now and go deep? And if who? Like? Who Don't you want to face? I mean they beat like I don't think you want to face the braves until yeah, lcs, I think that's really they. I look at the guys in the West. I I don't want to face the dodgers or the padres. PADRES aren't battle tested, though I don't worry about the padrecs because I worry more about the dodge dodgers. Yeah, we had held our own with them before we took do you worry about the car with the Milwaukee or you don't leave in the mets in the playoff? Mets got off to such a we'll see how the mets go. I would love to get the mets. I think the MTS have a lot of games against good teams left. I mean they play a ton against the braves. Um, they're done playing the GNATS, I believe. So they've kind of beaten up on the crap. The phillies have the crap in the second they have the schedule right at the right time, though. They did. How did he do? The other they did but the mets move. They went and got they but their move. They went and Got Darren rough. Yeah, I mean they didn't really do much, and that's fancy. The braves got about the closure from the angels. Ye, he's also not. San Diego is looking to buy it. San Diego is not going to sign any of those guys term. They're gonna take Soto to next two years. I don't know about that. They don't have the money. They're not gonna type of the organization. They gotta pay. They got Machado there, Machado and keep Tatis. Machado has an out after five years. Machado is playing well enough that he's gonna take the out. They're gonna keep soda, even if between Tatis and then Soto, if you sign him, that's like seven million dollars two players. I don't think you make that move without the intention to keeping them. They gave up a lot. I know they for two years right. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. They got two years of arbitration with them and then they'd have to pay him. That's I'm saying. He's got the next two years. I don't think they're. I don't think they're giving him a big contract. was looking forward. I mean, you see why the angels don't call these players, because we're gonna pay at whatever they have to, right, and who knows if he wants to stay. I know he's been signed, but there's certain teams that don't care about the luxury tax. Well, we're starting to be like and I don't think San Diego. I don't think San Diego is like that. I think San Diego has always been no, they're over the luxury tax with this, but they're not going to continue to do with that. I don't think they're gonna. have been doing in the past three years. They've been they've been spending money left and rate. Either way, we'll see. I mean I just don't think they make that move without keeping it. It just doesn't make sense. But we'll see. We've got two years to see, right. Yeah, and you also got to see what soda wants. That's true. I mean he's a boras client. He ain't sign an right he wants by that time. What's IT gonna BE? Five fifty? Might not even sign until free agency. Who knows? He's gonna get a fifteen year deal. He might get. I think it's I think it's all gotten create. Baseball is gonna implode on itself sooner or later. Well, Tony, they're talking about it's gonna get five. I don't think are gonna pay. I don't think he's gonna be at the Yankees. Yeah, where, where is he? BOSTON? I mean that would be if you think about...

...it, teams that need something they do it. They they got the money. Who Else? Dodgers? I mean they don't really need them mariners. He's gonna get four hundred. That's why I think you could go to the red sox. Ten years, four hundred. Some teams like to make a splash, like Texas or somebody like that that needs to get back on get it back on the Dr being a good team. I mean ANA's always a threat every year, even though they sucked, they always tign guys to big money deals. There's a lot, I mean there's a lot that he could do. Yeah, I'm I don't know if I'm I'm not. I don't know if I'm completely on board. I think they make the playoffs. Are you saying they I'm not saying they will, but are you saying they can't? Different states. Look at their line off. I know, but it hasn't the first round. That's a good question. I don't know. Probably the mets. If over then, if over the next month everything starts to connect and I hear you the line up, but it's been spotty hitting. It's starting to come around. We'll see how the new pitching, how that works out. I know that. I mean you can't discount that. It's not no manager effect anymore. where it was a couple of weeks you're talking. We're two and a half months into this. Yeah, I feel like it's the arms like I feel like they have. My old thing has always been pitching, like because I bet right, I bet baseball. Give it a plug. Give it a plug. Yeah, absolutely, on Sundays. Check it out. We have some good ones too. I actually, I don't know. You saw that. Yeah, actually, Jim, you made some money off that. I was Oh, yeah, yeah, I did. Yeah, and then I was following you. While you're in Disney too. You're still working while you're in Disney. I was following some of your part laser throwing out there you actually pay for. Maybe your daughter wish Um, but uh well, I look at pitching and I'm just thinking and like their bullpen is good, right, excellent, like our bullpen is legit. With getting rid of familiar and adding Robert, it could be the best bullpen in baseball. Yes, and I don't say that there's a big words problem. And now you're talking about that. This is the best ball. Like how do we not run, like go deep, like, like what is like what I'm about to look at. Where is this world series odds or just to win the NLPEN it? It had, it had to have increased in the last they're probably like I would say six in the National League, right one to win the League or when the series is tough. But the the NL Penn it I'm about to look at up right now. I mean the dodgers have a history of choken a lot. I know they won the world series. They have a history choken, but they also have a history of turning when it comes to the planff brace to me like bras. Are Tough. They are tough, but I think they Miss Freeman. Come boy, all the time. They don't have. Maybe phillies have a good of a chance to anybody because you have wheeler knowl. Yeah, that's Harper Costiano's removed to. Like if right now to win the whole thing, what do they win? The NL? To win the NL, they are sixteen and one. Plus tops and L's. Obviously, like you guys said, the dodgers, the mets a plus three hundred, the braids of plus four seventy, the padres of plus five fifty, Milwaukee's plus the thousand and the Phillies are sitting at plus sixteen and one might have to put a few rubles on that. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like I feel like it's it's a decent enough bet. I mean there's how many if you look back in the history of baseball playoffs, there's a wild card team that nobody expects. It usually makes a run almost every year. History tells you that you got two wild card right. Usually the person one of the teams that comes out of the least nobody. That's that's why you're looking at what you're looking at. So it's three wild cards. That's why the Phillies, mets and braves probably made. Nobody. Usually playoffs seem to come out. Yeah, I mean that's that's every sport, like there's somebody that sneaks in every year. I think it's become more prevalent in baseball. It used to be. Yeah, but the setup was different. So, yeah, I listened. All it takes is Willer and no one to like. Has it Nolan really been that bad? I feel like every time I see him. No, I don't think he doesn't get a lot of that. He doesn't hate. I agree with this. Has Been really good lately. Yeah, he's he's getting eight strikers. If you get five or six from no one now with this bullpen, you're pretty in good shape come playoff time. Give me six. But yeah, you're right. I mean if you get six, so I'm talking about you still hand to me, guess. Yeah, I mean I hate to use his name, but what's his name? He has been he didn't hit in the other night. Didn't give up four runs the other night and that thirteen. I think he got tagged. I looked at the box score. I know for a fact he didn't get ticked. Yeah, and...

Alvarado. Yeah, you've got a nut. You've got a nice bullpen. I agree, like even the guys like like they've all been good. That's the craziest part about it. Listen, I like their eyes. I like what they're doing. I think we're gonna see somebody. We're gonna see some bunting, right, let's see some bunting, hanging from the stage, bunting it, bunting in the stadium, bunting hanging from the rafters. And then we're talking a carpers not coming back. Boy Marsh got on base first. First, don't don't question me. He got tagged for fiber and round to get the braves the other night game. No pressure in the pressure situations. Remember the other game? I did turn that off. I mean, once it was seven one, I kind of shut it off. How about our boy marsh dude gets on Basse? SWARBER's up doing his job. All right, people are tuning in for play by play. Listen, I am all right. Do we want to take a break here and then start talking eagles? You wait, maybe you're starting late, dude. By the time you're paying tuition community college philadelph he's gonna be semester. Good Luck, Dude. I got my basement. Yeah, there you go. All there's all those jalen hurts a signed autograph. Yeah right, you're sitting on you're sitting on your college. You're sitting on your college. If he's Crypto, it's it's just jalen hurts. The CRYPTO hasn't been done too well either. That what has humble. Oh God, let's not getting the stock talk to kill me anyway before we get into the eagles talk. So we started. We were chatting a little bit before we came in here on the Britney Grinder thing. Yes, Um, there the I said. I said, Boo, who right, she's getting nine years. My thing was a couple of weeks ago when they were going to do the trade. They were gonna trade a known arms dealer, yes, back to Russia for a basketball player. Here's the other thing too. There's so many families, even like you, like that story. Somebody shared it. I forgot who lost, somebody and a reporter who's been captive since yes, but I can't keep going back to this. I know you kind of correct me, but I'm gonna say it anyway. Like, if it was us that we're in there right, would would anybody give a about us? It's only because she's but if it well, and I agree, as a political power play, but if I'm a family member of a reporter, somebody's been there for years, why? If you think about this, just think about this logically. Yes, how are you going to take that? If they're like, oh, we're not worried about your family member. We're going for the Star basketball player. Right and wrong? I mean it's kind of the way it goes, unfortunately. Is it right? No, it's not right. But think of it this way, though, too. I flip it the other way with Russia. If you snuck in and had a little bit of,...

...you know, weed in a cartridge and you got busted, would you be facing nine years? Ryan Smitty? I don't know, I don't. I don't think it depends. I understand them arresting her and I I say and I say to her, you're a dumbass. Listen, I've been to foreign countries. We're in a Ruba recently and they tell you down there do not mess around with Maryly. No, no, but don't make it if you're American. Don't buy it, don't smoke it. It's illegal. Right, they don't mess her. That right. Get as drunk as you want to be stupid. So she's been to Russia enough. She's been going there and it's a shame these w NBA players have to go there to make a living because the league and that's that's the league's fault. I don't think that's the sexist thing, but you know, it is a political statement. Right, no one else would be facing nine years. I agree. That's the outrageous part. I agree with you and all the people and all these patriots that are she didn't stand for the anthem. Listen, I don't like that. She didn't stand for it, but I'll support her and doing so because I believe it's her right as an American. So I don't care about that. Yeah, that play. That doesn't play into me, for me at all. To me it's the like you said, she's been there so many times. You know better. Yes, you know better. You made the mistake and now the whole trade thing is like that's not a fair trade, right, if you're just look at straight up trade, we're trading an arms dealer. For now. She's not making much as much as the NBA players, but I'm sure she can find herself representation or find one of the back ways out of there. Like, Dude, if I'm I'm sending the homies to Brentwood and capture and broad after this trade. I mean, holy ship, you released all a get me and then some Christ Ian. You know how bad Russia is. It is for wee, it's it's it's totally red that's where my heart bleeds for right in country, and they're like it's a political thing right there, trying to stick it to them, and I feel for her there. But yes, I do, for I do feel for such a backwards country that she can find enough money to pay some official off and she'll she'll walk. Well, I think part of it too, I think. You know, I was reading something today where they said that she kind of shamed them by her initial stance. was she tried to say it was. Has she soil Hash Oil, which is crap. Right, like, we all know she's. She's smoking weed. Right. No, no fault of her, I don't really care. Could have been using the oil. Baby, she's, she's, baby, she was. But that's the problem. She tried to present that. It's almost like you get caught in school doing something and you've give them the BS lie. Right. I'm sure you get it all the time. Kids smoking in the bathroom. It's not mine, whatever punishments. Worse right, you let them all smoking, you smoke with them. No, I'm not saying that, but I don't always assume the worst intentions. I got you. I just don't know what you do here, right, and I think I want to give up a big arms? No, I wouldn't either. Why did they show their cards that early? Because it's like, first of all, I thought we don't negotiate with terrorists as a country, we don't prison swap mate. He might be on this right, but but why not come out when this happened and said, you know what line in the sand here, you know this is bullshit. You're not going to get away with this. If you don't, if you don't release her, you will deal with rep that should be our stance. You will deal with take a stance. For Harvard, we haven't taken anybody. I agree. Listen, we don't take a stance. How many people are in prison in this country for marijuana? How many? I'm not and I'm not a bleeding heart liberal, but there are people in jail for selling dime bags and nicks and nickel bags for, you know, years in prison together. Well, I don't think we've shown the resolve to do that. We haven't stopped Ukraine before, we've let Afghanistan. Alright, this is starting too far. Poitical up like a big arms person of them back. So so would you give off some be selling slingshots just not missiles, I mean don't like non violent like there. How about that? That will lead us in our next top I just think nine years is way too harsh. It's a non non violent crime, trade for another non yeah, right, she wasn't, was it? Listen, Bam Bama, Bamar era. Yeah, no, no, the football player for the steelers that was riding around with Bamars, riding around with like pounds. Yeah, coking the back of his car. I mean, I didn't read really much into it, but I think you both have solid points and on both sides of the th we have to look at it both ways. And then, I think funny you said something like when you look at the full scope, like there's people in jail still time for some American. Yes, I'll make it businesses and millions of dollars of the same time. Yeah, well, and those people can make money as long as they pay the government first, which which is hypocritic...

...a lot of in and of itself. Yes, but, but there's no reasonable standard. No, but, but if they had said, you know what, it's against the law in our country. She's going to spend sixty days in jail or something, I'd say, all right, let her do her punishment and get a plane over there and bring her home. Nine years, a year, I thought even I don't even say that, I'll say that's a bit much too. Maybe maybe a year, even a year, is excessive, but nine is crazy. Yes, yeah, maybe maybe it compounded because you went to another country and whatever, but nine is nine is way too much. No, I don't think she's either. I hope she doesn't. You think she's gonna stay there in four nine years? No, I think they're gonna give what give rush whatever they want and it's going to be like a can we do like they do to an Air Force One where they released the general. We get freed and then we shoot, then we shoot the God. We do that right, right, right. You know. Think he's going to be able to get her? I don't. I just don't. Think they already did convict her. No, no, like, I don't think so. You think she's gonna stay there for nine and have here? I think she's going to be there for some time. I think. I think she's gonna be it for now. I don't think they're gonna be able to get her and I think then, if they don't get hurt, I think then don't go over with if not, Biden, Biden is going to ask, and this is just kind of my thought, in just my opinion, Biden's gonna ask for probably like the black vote. That's how we got in there already. M Wasn't surprised me. I don't know that. Alright, alright, no, but I'm serious. You guys have didn't see him in his campaign on some of the like radio stations and stuff, some of his parents, some of his panderings. You know, if you don't vote for me, if you don't vote for me, you ain't black. I heard that one and there's there's a lot of other ones where it's ridiculous, like he needs, like, I'm just being honest, he needs the black vote to win. The president does. Does Brittany Grinder, though, get him the black vote, considering the state of the economy, inflation? If people get in the get involved involved. But that's that's what I was just gonna say. That's what I'm saying. That's the political move behind the scenes. Oh, you want us to help or you know Lebron, because I think Lebron has already come out and said that he's had some of his representation trying to find out what's going on and how he can assist. Well, you want to assist, you help us, you know, start pushing our agenda and saying that she support Joe Biden or something like that. And Lebron's got Lebron, like people like you guys talked about before. Lebron is a goat on the court and we all think he's Jordan's better and Jordan is the true no. But off the court, Oh, look, he's even close to Lebron, the power that Lebron fields is close to sorrows. Oh, I want to said over there, he he helped the relations with career. Said Rodman, over there, hang out with Putin. He'd probably get put in a titty twister. We'd have real problems. All right, Eagles, let you want to get to get the training camps. We can. We can stay on the hypocritical theme and go to the NFL and and all that. I want to talk what a mess. I think we need to go there. Death Penalty, death penalty from the NFL. Yes, never play again. You're going you're going extreme, dude. Look what look what he did. Twenty four accuser. But these are marginalized women, these are women that are in bad positions and now they all got paid. But he also took extreme advantage of this shopping around from assus is there's no like. The guy's a sociopath. And then I see him on the field. He's done no rehabilitation, admitted no wrong, but then he's getting on the field and he's blessing himself and pointing to guy. This guy's fullish sh it's. I like his that's why, that's why I was a that. But what I but what I was saying and it's what I expected. I didn't think that. Yeah, and they did, because we're classy. No, we're not. He just didn't want to come here because he's boys with hurts. He said that. Yeah, he didn't want he wasn't gonna come here because I heard. Yeah, that makes sense. Yeah, I get it. But here's the thing that I'll say. I think I thought the six. I actually thought he'd get four. I thought he get less. Yeah, but I still don't think it's enough. He didn't. He didn't get convicted of anything. Oh, come on, he didn't. He didn't come. But this settlement, and I think that's more smitty. What evidence was presented and not even I listened to this. There was a woman judge that gave him the city. Careful with that. I don't think. I don't know that you can just say because it's a woman. You've got conservative judges, you've got liberal judges that are women in this country. You've got women trying to make a name for themselves, right, but you've got you've got women that have voted on both sides of every issue, you know, even in the super in court show. Come on, nate, I could...

...understand if it was four accusers that you would sit there saying, dude, there's twenty four. That's my issue with if you were three, I'd say money, but when they all corroborate the story, I'm not saying he wasn't outing. He was. He was. I'm not, but what I'm saying is they couldn't find any evidence that it's really just a bunch of custer's words. Is Evidence as far as I'm concerned? No, it's not. They're not. They're not all making it up, nate. That's the problem with my I'm gonna be honest with you. I'M gonna I'M gonna say this too, and I know it's like that's the problem. By women don't want to come out about things because right away they're like, Oh, you don't believe but the NFL an four people. But the NFL? Right. The NFL also has a history of turning a blind eye. Right, Robert Kraft got a slap on the wrist for basically embarrassing the shield, because that's where Jerry Jones, that's where the money is. Jerry Jerry, Jerry Jones didn't do anything illegal, just just distasteful. So look at look at Roethlisberger. What happened there? You get three games, three games, and what he did was way worse, if you want to talk about it like he tried to coherse these girls into, you know, favors and whatever, which is terrible. Roethlisberger. Actually, yes, do you think the League's gonna win the appeal? I think they're gonna get a year. Oh, they want a year. I think the NFL is going to have a blood bath because the players association is going to sue the league and then we're gonna have but you did this, that, you did that, the emails are gonna come. I think so. I didn't you see? They're protecting they're protecting the owners. Well, I said it was a good pr move by the League, but they're hypocrites because you're gonna thanky for betting all the owners stuff that has happened. Oh yeah, it'll be there, Daniel Snyder. All that stuff is coming up to I agree with and there's, like you talk about evidence, there's video, evidence, video, there's emails, there's texts or stuff like nate. All I'm saying is I bet you that there's a lot of evidence that will never see. That was presented and watching the team was like, look, Dude, what check do we need to cut this that? Look, when when you when you settle something, when you settle something, that's admitting not necessarily guilt. You're admitting that you're unsure and you just wanted to go away. I'm very well, did you see one of the accusers? It's it's my it's it's my area. Like that's what happens if you settled with somebody. It's like look, do you think I'm not saying I'm wrong? He admitted guilt by paying off everybody. Sure, that's that's my point. I'm technically it's it's I'm not saying I did something wrong I'm saying and if you dig enough, maybe I'll be uncomfortable and I could be seen to be doing something wrong. So I'm just gonna give you money to go away. I found it, I found it very interesting today that one of the accusers and one of the women that settled with him actually came out and spoke about this, because usually there's an n d a when you do these things. So she may she may have she may be risking exposure herself, breaking her end right, but that's how strongly she felt about it. So I can't see how the NFL sits on this. But again, I think it turns into a total leaps Um. She said it was a disgrace and she said the NFL sending a signal that they don't care about women. They don't care about women, you know, in marginalized positions. They don't care about minority women, because that's who he prayed on. Um. A lot of them were immigrants, so it's really a bad look. I think she was Hispanic. So really a bad look for the league, like terrible look. So I'M gonna say nate with the judge thing and I'm gonna make a really big leap that. Just stay with me here with the whole row you wade stuff. I think she read the collective bargaining agreement and said, the way this reads, this was a non violent act. The most I can give him is six probably and, like I'm saying, ro versus ware stuff. It's again a huge jump. His Supreme Court said, I don't see this anywhere in the constitution. I'm cleaning my hands. So the judge said the most I could give him a six stone precedent of what. I'm pushing it down now to Goodell. Ye, I'm pushing it down to the states, which is not what you can make up that Dell wanted him to goodell wanted the court to do his dirty work. Yeah, well, goodell. If she would have come back and said zero, then goodell couldn't have done anything. I mean the fact that she that she gave a suspension at all gives him the right to appeal and asked for more, a ton of money. If he was just a rookie quarterback coming out and get away with this, or all these girls say no, we're going to expose you. I don't think you have that many girls, because he don't got no money. That's true, he probably not have the money to go get all these missuses. No, no, no, to nate's point, no, but no, no, no, no, no, but no, no, no, no, no, no, they said. No, they have their own massuses. He decided to go on this rotating trip looking for different ones. They talked to watt and some other ones, who said we used the same people all the time. I don't believe so. I think they did that. Okay, Texans, but regardless, I I thinks. But nates...

...point, it's also a crime of of privilege. He's got all that money. You can do it, rookie quarterback, you if you had a fund. We looked so much at him. But think about the antagony of the women too, taking the check. They're taking the check. Well, they've also but they've also been traumatized. Yes, imagine a trauma. You may know that. Nobody's gonna believe them, and that's why women do not I that. But listen, if you're a massage there they were a legit massige therapist. Right, people go to school for Exercise, they go to school for Physiology, but let's say this is your career and you go to school for this, and this guy did this when you're trying to run a legitimate business. You know he tries to assault you. Are you gonna want to go back to that job? That's hard. So you may have taken a living away from these people who are you know, maybe they don't have other skills. I don't know. I don't know their backgrounds. I don't blame them for they have everyone to take the check, not just like one or two. How much money you think they're getting? Would you take the check? Come on, I think they're getting a lot, based on what he just got paid. These these lawyers can be very persuasive and they're probably telling these women isn't going to go any further. You take this check now or you wait it out and like maybe, like you said, flatten, you don't have a job for years because you're traumatizing. You can't do this and at the end of the day, maybe you get paid out, but you're not gonna get this and you're gonna go through this for five, six years and people are gonna Question Your integrity and drag your family and take the check. I'M gonna go step further and say, like, if they don't take the money, like everything's gonna be released. So if there was conversations between them and and those conversas like we're basically you're you're going to look bad, dude. You Know How scubby people are these days. I'm sorry, like, and I think we're all in agreement here, as like fathers, is like I don't care. Like I don't care how good deshawn Watson is. I don't care. Even if he could win an eagles super bowl. I would never want this guy anywhere near our team. I could not stand for that. In the job that I'm in currently right now, seeing a lot of the trauma that that Kid's face and like the sexual assaults and the sexual abuse, to have a guy like that be the face of my franchise, I couldn't do it. I'm not selling my soul to have a good quarterback. Is what I'm trying to say to you. It's just it's just tough because, like, I mean, look at cosby right seventies the years later, sure, somebody said, Oh, he raped me in this no proof, but he goes to jail for a year. I don't believe me. I think he did. Cosby was also convicted of crimes based on evidence. There is you said there was no fifty years later it wasn't. Even if it was thirty years later, but he was still convicted by a jury of his peers in a criminal court. There is a difference. Like you said, Watson, evidence kind of lacking. Criminal charges dropped. It is a different story. It's a civil lawsuit, but bill cosby was convicted in a criminal court and I loved Bill Cosby. Don't get me wrong. I mean I just still don't. There was no evidence there. It was. It was it was a bunch of people saying he did this. I don't know about that one, nate. I mean, can you tell me what evidence was? I'm not a defense attorney or a prosecutor on that case. I didn't read it all that close, but I'm assuming if you can't cite the evidence, you didn't read it all that close either, because I didn't look at it. All right, so you're making a so like here's my desumptive statement. And you know what else? GET GETS annoyed. And nobody's ever said this, but like when I say like I don't want watch, some people will be like, all right, well, you you were okay with Vic vict did his time, serves his things. paid his life like, and and I mean like, sure, what victid was scummy. Don't get me on. I actually just watched the documentary the other night. It was horrible. But like, one thing that I could say about vic and like I hope Deshaun Watson, if he did this, does through this. I hope he is able to rebuilitate himself but, like Vick has done everything right given a second chance. What I agree with Jim about, except kicked his brother off a twitter, but anyway. But here's one thing that I will agree with Jim, and I'm glad that you said this, is like his attitude and the way he carries himself shows no remorse. He actually complete jackass and camp. He acts like he's the ship. He actually he's untouchable. And in this case I agree with you, like I want somebody to be like, Oh, Oh, you thought you were just gonna get the three hundred and fifty million whatever guarantee, whatever the browns gave him. You thought you were just gonna walk. No, here we go. But again this is where goodell should have dropped the handle, because you're gonna face a lawsuit either way. So he should have just outright said season, suspending and then deal with it and say you're not going whatever, you're gonna give. Why not? Um, like they did with Vick? What was it? Um? It was a band infinite toils and he's what I read is he's looking...

...for indefinite, at least a year, substantial fines and counseling. This whole thing. Why? Where this is going to be an issue is the next time to collective bargaining agreements up these association, like he said, they're gonna fight. It's gonna be because it is so it's so disparate, like you know, like you said, let's be honest. No, no, no, but he got nobody saying that. But do you think you get caught? Right, I think that's part of the laundry that I think is going to come out. You're gonna hear honest. You think Vick was the only one that was doing that dog fighting? There's other people, I guarantee, that were involved in that work, probably from Atlanta too, so from the falcons like he's from. Yeah, that's what he was. Yeah, that's his but I agree with you. Is there guys out there that they're like sexual assaulting women and getting massages and getting more. There's probably somebody on the eagles that doesn't every organization. Probably there's regular I guess would be ye. There's a hole religion that does it. You know I mean the Mormons. But here's what my point is. All right, we're talking players. We've also mentioned owners. When this collective bargaining greement comes up, it's gonna be a ship show. It's gonna be a complete ship show because you got the GRUDENS. You gotta get them. You gotta get rid of the weed stuff, like you can't be suspending people for weed anymore. No, GRUDEN's suing the league. Yes, so all of that's going to come out and discovering, Oh yeah, Oh yeah, and like you don't think that all the emails that were sent back and forth grudens and there's other guaranteeeders, other coaches and racist you're you're gonna have to figure out what's the equivalent punishment for an owner versus a player? A player we say you don't play it for a year, you lose your salary for the year. An owner, like you just saw the ship that happened in Miami, you lose the first round. Page. Don't think you look at the NBA. That's what I'm saying that are they gonna do it? Well, the N B A. I mean you look at Donald Sterling with the clippers. They made himself the team Um, and I think the NBA has been very well the N a. The NFL did that with the guy out in Carolina, Jerry Richardson. Yeah, they made him, they did. But I think the NBA does a really good job of policing itself right. Everybody gives the NBA crap and I hope it's passed right. It started with Iverson because he didn't look the part and didn't dress the bar and there was a racial tinge to it. But I feel like the NBA does the right thing and policing its players and keeping things in check. The NFL is a joke. The NFL is a joke. Even again. I'm no bleeding hart lit, but the minority hiring issue, they still have never really addressed it. It's a bunch of bullshit. You got a player a leak at eight percent black. You have like two black cooks. I don't like that. The whole law because like you, but they don't. But they don't fix any don't like look at the guy from the chiefs. The fact that he still doesn't have a job ridiculous. Well then McCoy did rip him, so I don't know, maybe there's something with but there are others. There's others that have knocked Flores. He was like the crown jewel, like everybody, he was going to be the next big offensive cord and head coach. The guy lasted a year and he didn't get another job because of all the bullshit that's going on now. And how about Belt Belichick? That guy is such a dirty rat. He's awesome, such a dirty last. I mean, you can't tell me that he didn't do that. Oh, absolutely, Brian, absolutely he did. He's taken down the League and the team in his division. He knows what he's doing. He's I don't think he's gonna say anything. He retires worried about his life. Paid more money he's ever earned as a coach to write a book. I don't think he'll do any of it. I don't think he's interested in it. I think he can't walk. No, I think I think he retired at some point because he loves the crosscause that's what I've always said. I think he'll go off and coach like a school across. He's not. He's not doing TV. He's not doing no, no, no, he's not writing a book. Now he's not writing a book you're speaking of. No, I think he keeps playing. What about? So where's he going? I think is gone. That was that was the friction. That was the friction. And yes, I think he's gonna play next Ye. I don't know. I think. I think you got to see how the season goes. TV contract. Whenever. He's gonna sit there, whenever he's done, whatever he wants it. He said. He said he wanted to play at forty five. He's forty five now, right, Yep, yeah, he's done. Tom Brady, Tom Brady could quit the Tom Brady could Tom Brady could quit in the middle of the year and they'd slot him into that TV slot. Open and Tampa Bay could usually come out right wide open. I don't know about why open. The Rams are not. please. The Rams are better. What are you talking to? Rams are not. They want the Super Bowl. I don't think. I don't know they're going to stink. I don't think they're gonna stink. I just don't think they're gonna repeat. I don't think they come out of the NC. That's I still...

...think there's three, three teams that are always going to be in a hunt, and I'm afraid of green baby because I don't I don't think they got no I'm saying Tampa Bay respects for Aaron Rodgers. Why, Dude, you want the two M VPS on psychedelics. He's been he's been dosing psychedelics medicinally for years now. That came in here that. I didn't hear that. What are you doing? He's a micro doser. Micro doser. Well, I wanted to save I wanted to save something for the show. You should do your show prep. You're not telling anything. You're not you're not working, working. I've started this week. What do you doing? I've been a week principles all week. What do you what do you put? ABC's up on the decorating the classrooms. You check it out. The no touch zone, right touch zone is this year? Yeah, I guess we can't remember here. Trading cap were just like, all right, I'll just throw it out. Light him up, light out there. Your your your boy Gardner is Chit and hurts is getting all the love in the world. Look it's it's preseason. Garden Gardener. Gardner is not my boy. I have never said he's the guy. My position has said you'd like them to be a starter at my position has been hurts is not the guy and gardeners your other options to be the guy. He's gotta it's got to be the full season. It's got to be consistency. I would say four thousand yards passing, hovering around a sixty completion percentage. I would say, about passing touchdowns. Yes, that's that's what I think. That's fair. And if you say that to me, then I said I give him another year. I'm not ready to give him. You're not gonna have to. You don't have to do anything. Why? If he has a four thousand yards season touch they're gonna pay. He's stilling a rookie deal. You got one more year. They're not gonna yeah, but they don't. They won't let him because you look at all right, then then for me to pay. He does, then then if you pay him, it's got it. It's gotta. Talking about Kyler Murraymy okay. Well, that's why you do it. This year. I'm thinking five years, one thirty million year, but more cousins gets that, like, what are we talking about? quarterbacks? Somebody you don't think million years. Yeah, but I don't put and I love hurts, I don't put him up there in at forty five million per year. I put him in the thirty. Thirty Watson's gonna get. You say, also to the WHO wasn't you, that you feel like he's the type of guy that or maybe Dj said that. He might not. He might be like not a brady, but he might take a little less money to keep helling thinking would say, if you're if you're a rookie or not, he might be the guy who does that later. Yeah, the money, dude, it is thirty five million year and the guy already said he hasn't even started. Do you hear his interviews? The other he's like, I haven't spent any of my money that I've earned as a m that's all. It's great. Yeah, that's all good, but I think he would not listen. It's it's bigger. It's bigger than just him and his green. It's it's but setting the tone for quarterback. Yes, yeah, but I don't think. I don't think the players association five then, but he's going to get. But the market, I could see anywhere from that market. Look at this. Look at the wide receivers this year. You don't look at the white receivers. What did Christian Kirko get a little worried about that. But when you got guys that have proved nothing, Christian Kirkott one of the biggest deals in the off season. Yeah, there's nothing. He's going to price himself out of here too. But if you're if you're the player's association, you're telling her it's look, you're you're looking at forty five a year. You want to say thirty eight. That's the lowest we're going. Don't take any less than that. And if I'm him, I'm a rookie, I'm a second round pick. I with myself. I got the franchise. Listen, I got the franchise by the balls. I'm taking every penny they're gonna I hope he's worth fifty million a year. Yeah, because that means the eagles doing right. Let's remember I don't dislike him, but let's remember something that his success is my team six. That I want you guys to think about, to look, I know you know you're saying like thirty five million a years and a lot or it's not like but also, let's remember in the NFL. What's it all about? No, it's all about the guaranteed money. So if he gets a five year at thirty five million and they guarantee him that money, he helps them by keeping his a V. He walks away. Well, that's that's the Hallie Roseman. Yeah, that's the stuff. I don't work. It's not my money, but he's gotta Stuh. You've given him a lot of benefit of doubts here. WHO's Chiming in here? Thirty five millions. So Kirk cousins is getting thirty five million.

That's what I said. Russell Wilson Right, I don't know how up to date this is, but it looks kind of up to date, because Kyler Murr is second. And what's Kyler Mak is making here? You'RE gonna have to look at and look at that ship for brains getting that kind of money. L Kyler Ray, I got you guys. Look. Look at the screen. Kyler make, what's Matt Stafford Making his extension? Look, I don't even know. I don't even think you look at that, because Lamar is up for a contract. Next year, Lamar is gonna get think is going to pay them? They're gonna have to. Somebody's gonna pay him, I think. I think some they're gonna trade getting fancy where. Oh, there we go, there we go. So you got Rogers with fifty what's Mahomes? Make homes, but he got a five million dollars. Derrick Carson there, I mean Mars making. Yeah, Dude, Alan, but again it's all about the guarantees, the money. I understand he would. It's all about a guarantee money. So if you give him a thirty five, six years at thirty five Mil, but you're guaranteeing contract, he's not gonna be making him but he's walking away with more money. He's got to be in the top eight. Where's top eight? Find Lamar on here right now. down. Yeah, because that's what I see. Like he's what's Prescott making? WHAT'S PRESCOTT? Thirty four a year or something. He signed a big deal to wow lamar. He's around the second but he was a second round pick. Right a minute. What is what is DAC making? But he signed that the year that he got hurt. Are you willing? You have to? Yeah, it's it's I like the way that you know, what are you going to do? If he's your guy, that's what you're gonna do. If he's not your guy, then you gotta Cut Baid. Just where is he at? Just say when's is still making money. All Right, I'd say thirty five are either way, you're not taking smitty, you're splitting hairs. He's either going to get paid or he's gonna be out of here. Right. I unfortunately think he's gonna be out of here. Wow, you think it hurts, he's not gonna be here. I don't think he's going to perform up to what we need to do. Thought that last year, but I don't think he thinks. I need to say everybody sounds like like me now. I need to sit nate. I've been I've been on the same date, I've been on the same team as you. Everybody says, yeah, I like him, but he's not the guy. That's what you hear, everybody. Is that how you feel, or did you do a three sixty? Um Three will bringing right back to where he is. Don't teach geometry either. Jesus Christ, that's a circle. I don't know why the math scores in Philadelph you're down so much. My God, I've shifted my my hate to miles sanders. Here's another one. He's gonna get paid to criticism isn't hate. He's gonna get Sanders as the biggest. He's a baby. I'll be willing to he's got the venue. He gets a contact everybody on this team. I guarantee you. He gets a contract. He's asked for it and you see all this stuff in the tradeing camp. He's out there say he's not he doesn't feel respected and he's going to break them. Take the Penn state like out of it. Is He worth it? I don't think that he's worth eighteen. But, like, I think the respect is this bullshit. You might get like ten or year. I'm not paying him that three years. Let's Hey, let's let I think the running back. I think the running back standers is a cog. I think he's a nice guy. We have run the best, one of the best running teams in the league last year without him. Half the people that really brody loves game line. I like him, but he's not as I know. But you draft another Mile Sanders in the third round next year at some point you can't pay everybody. You've got big contracts going. You just paid my alotting out next year. Right, you're not going to play, Fletcher, Kelsey's probably gonna retire. I don't think Kelsey's retiring. Brandon Graham wants to play. Fifth, he got the running backs. The running back contracts have gone down like teams are starting to realize that, unless you're at Derek Hes fotball. That's what I'm saying. You know, you got to see him C at Sixteen, Kamar and Zeke at fifteen. Yeah, he's not even. And these guys are all on contracts signed years again, and they also I mean I wouldn't give Zeke that now, but what Zeke did then he earned that. Cook should be coming up right. This should be his fourth year. So I would say he's like seven eight mill per year. So in the James Conner I don't think he's going to get more than that. All right. Well, he's not going three years. I don't think. How he's doing that depends on what the depends on how it the CAP is. But you gotta worry about hurts first. If he has eleven hunter, so I told this somebody, if he has just for giggles. He shows up, he has eleven hunter and, I don't know, twenty three yards rushing, seven touchdowns, four or five hunter yards,...

...seven more didn't had last year. Yeah, are you paying like to me, I'm not paying him. He wants to be here in this top five. NOPE, he's not getting giving him that. I'm not interested. Is Giving him that? You can go find a deal elsewhere, man, I don't think. I think and and the only reason why I'm saying this is because, like people are connected like this and Garas that are usually accurate say that they think that either mid season or by the end of training camp, whom get a deal, but it's gonna be a short term, not a ton of money, because he has improved. But that's that's the Howie way of doing things. He will probably okay, well then, I'll take that, but I'm not doing anything. So, Howie Mills, average year over three years, how much did you say? How much would seven? Seven three? How much you guarantee? Guaranteed seven over three? I do the numbers that night has had up there. He's not getting four at twelve. I'm not giving him that. He's not getting the man, the way he's like. You think about it. He's screaming. Yeah, agree about respect. He's not asking for respect from his peers and from his teammates. NOPE, he's ask him from respect for the League. Like he thinks. If he thinks, he thinks he's underrated, don't pay him. But he thinks, he thinks that he should be looked at as one of the best running backs in the league. But he's not going to get paid that. He knows that. But if he if he puts up that season, he's gonna say you're wrong. I still don't think anybody in the league, because what's got had a huge year and then he went to free agency and everybody thought he get paid. It's gonna be interesting. I just can't stand in respect. Yeah, well, if he turns in toto a chip and he makes it positive, I'm good with him. Respect for what like? You haven't done anything that he could say that. That's my problem, that you haven't done anything like one. You were a starting running back. I don't care how many carriage you had and how many carrige you didn't that you were starting running back last year and you didn't score, not one to one. But I don't think I've ever seen that before. But you also got to look at his yards per carry over his three years or four years, as he's been in the League, and I think we're really going to compare him with the Henry. I'm not saying that, but when this is, this is this is the stuff that the agents do, though, right, you're you're on standard side. You're saying, look at the yards per carry. How much, but how many points that equate to? How much? How much milesner signed, miles sanders? Stuff do you have? That's that's that's always the crux of it. Dude. You need to sign a conflict of interest form with us to start talking about players based on how much Memorabili you own. Yeah, yeah, I get it. I'm a Penn stater. Two, we're all Penn staters in this room. Have a lot of like wearing tear in his box. But he's got injuries that that's wearing tear, isn't it? Well, when you get injured, that's a tearing of a muscle. Right. There's something every year with him. Yes, there's something. Yeah, yeah, you do know. I don't see him playing seventeen. You might get should have addressed it in this dram because there were some damn good running backs. There's if you want to, if you want to look at this team. I asked this a couple of weeks ago I was in here. If there's there's one position, but I'll give you. I'll give you three players right now. If they play to the top of their potential, it's super bowl. Hurts. Not, honestly, honestly, not, you know, entertained me here. It hurts, it hurts, it hurts. Is the next coming that we all or not? We all that something can be. What are the chances of him playing? That's what I'm saying. Entertained me here. If that happens, if sanders plays like sanders at some point was better than Barkley, people would say. If he could, if he could put out a season like that, if regor shows up and could be the third number one receiver on this team, are you telling me this? This team is unstoppable. If you it's on toable. I know it's a pipe tream. I know it's a pipe tream, but that's why I pointed out there. If these three players give us the potential that they have, you have a quarterback that has not one playoff game and showed up small in the playoff game. You have a head coach who showed up small in the playoff game and you have a defensive coordinator who's in his first year or second year doing it. You just said the three that I think you should go with. They all at their top level. Then I think you guys are really jumping. The other thing is the gun. The other thing I think, I think the hope here is to win a playoff game. I'm with you. I'm not. I'm not saying that's my expectation for this. I know what I said. Rainbows and UNIFORNS. If that happens, has scenarios. You might get to the chance best kid. You probably only have one shot with the squad because you're not gonna be able to pay for Branbury if he plays the top of his game. You're probably not. It's gonna be thirty years old. You might be able to pay for okay,...

YOU'RE NOT gonna be to pay him. If you would him, if you were trying to win the Super Bowl this year, you would have you would have addressed safety, you would have addressed quarterback much more if you thought this was a super bowl team. I disagree. Do I think this is very much a proven to me year for hurts. Why would they go out and get a brown if they were? Just because you got him for value when you signed him? So it's either it's either a weapon for now or for the next four years. Like, yeah, he's a weapon now, for next four years, I think he's. I also think he's there to make hurts better. Absolutely. I don't think they've said they've set brown three they've stop parting about your they've set hurts up to succeed. I agree with that. I don't know that he will. I hope he does, I hope he doesn't. I'm not. No, I feel like you think I'm rooting against that. What I just I just find your confidence in him just very, I don't know, not based? In fact. Yes, we're based on what you've seen, because I find you to be in a student sports fan for the most part. He did hate this one. I don't you guys both hated Carson, so you have that in common. I didn't hate Carson. I didn't hate Carson until he acted. I'M gonna say I know why. I tell you why, I like you're gonna get mad at me. You'RE gonna get mad at me. I'd rather have Carson Wentz right now than hurts. You're talking super bowl with this line, with these weapons and with this coach. Carson now or carson m VP season, if Carson now has lost it practice field. I heard today what all three people there? There's nobody. One of them was the coach right. He's also now with the defensive coordinator, coach band. A couple of games they go to the guy from North Carolina was supposed to be member couch, not couch. Sound. Yeah, yeah, but here's one thing. I don't think so. The reason why, and I know that, like I shouldn't look at it this way, I feel like this is why I root for guys like I always think like, and I know you kind of agree with Maxie did. He could be a star, but I just liked the way hurts carries himself as a leader. I think that's why I'm drawing to look at the look at you draw the comparison to Maxie looke. What Max he shows and the adverse it's way aversity, adversity. What do you mean? What adversity? Adversity? Who It took the job he was sitting there and so he transferred stopping. He got hurt, I can't play. I got a transfer, sure he did. He left and went to Oklahoma, all right, but still you get my point. So I don't know about adversity on that one. Sorry. When before you became a part of the show and you used to chime in and we used to chat, I used to say like hurts I. I wasn't sold on hurts. I like. The guy left because he couldn't take it. He couldn't handle the competition. He lost his job. He was a cry baby. That was my position. That was my position for another year, and I guarantee nate's gonna agree with me. He sat beyond don't put a guarantee out there. I got money to give him to it and he doesn't play, he doesn't get drafted. I think you're right there. And he took another team and took him to a BCS Pol game. But if you're that could compete, beat kill him. He wasn't going to win that. He wasn't gonna win that because at that point two one scored the game, winning. Why couldn't he pill Seawan Clifford stay for seven years? I'll say right now. I'll take hurts over too every day. Because no, I think he wanted another he wanted to play. He wanted to play. He was to himself here. He's not gonna sit back and just watch somebody else playing and he knew he wasn't gonna win. Are Those those nate? Those things are all great. Those things are all don't those things are all great. Those things are all great and fine, but don't give me the adversity story. I'm gonna give you the adversity. That's not that's not proving anything. What what you just stated there? It doesn't. It doesn't and he quit. It doesn't contradict so, but it doesn't. He got an NFL job as a second round pick. He's got no adversity in Philly. Yes, what, what adversity is he facing now? He can't he he can't know. He didn't. He didn't face any book. He actually came in as the the best alternative to the biggest villain in town. They drafted somebody in the quarterback. It was the worst pick. Well, they didn't rip hurts that pick right. They we will boo him this year if he doesn't show up. I agree with that. Oh, I agree with that too, except Smitty. No, I disagree. I will if I said I was wrong about Simmons. I think we book. Smitty will be at the link saying remain calm, remain calm, because his team is too good. But you don't think that's gonna Happen. Do you need? Honestly, what you don't think that? You think he's gonna have a pretty good year, marginally better than what he did. Is that enough...

...to get him another contract? Gotta be a good question. I don't know. That's kind of where I'm originally like marginally, yeah, what's marginal? Yeah, like what do you have? Liked? I think you only have that. So if he gets three thousand yards and what he had, like sixteen touchdowns, and does he? Does he? Does he have a stretch like he had the last six games of the season, which were putrid, unless sanders doesn't show up, like, think about defending them. You're going to force them to pass, but he's still yeah, and he's still gonna have to make those throats. I don't know. You'RE gonna force them to pass with these receivers, Brown and Smith, to beat beat and got. I think you have to like, okay, but he's got to make the throws. You have to make her pass and he's gonna make the throw. So after the first three or four games, defenses are going to force him to pass. They're not gonna let him. They'RE NOT gonna LOSE TO DETROIT. They game. They're gonna start off four, first, three, four games. A lot of people think that's a trap. I think so. Alright, even if they start off three and one, I don't think that's a real test of the season. The T season gets tougher. They have they have a favorable started season, they have a favorable schedule. Yeah, that's say. So, if they go third, first three, four games of the season, if they aren't running the ball and it's it's a j Brown Smitty got it all day, then one of our team is gonna do shut it down because they've been throwing it. Are you gonna force him to keep throwing it? Or you change you change it, you change up and you see what they're doing well and you try to take that away. But if, like, if I'm Detroit, I'm daring you to throw the ball. You know what I mean? I'm just agreed. But so pulled a safety under and make it. Make It, make it a hard throw over the middle. I agree. I start throwing the ball and now I don't have a spy. That opens up a running game, whether it's running back or hurts, and I don't want to see hurts run enough, because, yeah, you don't want to see that. Okay, so last season they were the best running the best running team in the NFL in the last five six weeks. Delusional reference, but that's one of those. But, but because of a number of reasons, and one of them is because hurts couldn't make the throws. All right, his receivers couldn't get open. That's fine, I've been agreeing with you, probably too much, but at the end of the day they were winning games, so that's agreed. But then, but then they got in the playoffs and you saw what a because you know, a good defensive coordinator did well bowls. So what I'm saying, bowls also make them, make them look foolish. But what I'm saying, if you'RE gonna force me to throw, all right, I won't throw. I've proven that I can run. I have the same offensive line you do and I hopefully have a healthy sanders. I'll run I'll run all day then. Yeah, I mean if they can run, I mean you do what. I think Sirianni is actually I used to give him a ship, but I think he's actually somewhat of a smart coach. I think that I'm not sold on that yet. I think that he's gonna do with what works. Might take him a little bit, but he's eventually gonna do with what it works. And if they can run the ball, he's gonna run it down there throw and if he they give him the intermediate and short throws, he's gonna do that all day. I think he's going I think he's one of the newer coaches that are smart enough to see that. But I think that. I think they're gonna come out throwing, though I don't think they're gonna line up and run the ball. I think you're gonna come out throwing and I think they're going on. He's gonna want to show, show him off and a J Brown, a j Brown a lot because I get pat him all that money. I hate the Teo comparison because I hold yeah, you know, t's one of the top three receivers. Ever, yes, he's special and he had a good as much as down. He had a quarterback the throat. What six? I don't think it's crazy. Brown six or six? Five? A J Brown? Six, yeah, but he's a moose after I don't think different level. I don't think it's crazy to say that Smith and Brown have identical stats. Do I think Smith is I think Smith has the better. Okay, well, I think they both could have a so you're thinking each for them and the thousand. Ford, you'll think Brown gets a thousand. Nod, I don't think so many miles of feet. You got a lot of weapons. I was looking at nine hundred. So then what do you have Smith at? If you say Brown gets I think Smith gets over a thousand because I just think that that match up against second, their second corner is whoever that match up. Smith is just going to feast. Smith is going to be your eight catches a hundred and ten yards and then a j brown will have numbers like that, but he'll be more of like four or five catches for like maybe nine for Smith. But to me Smith, for Smith, Smith is your better route running. You're more...

...intermediate. He's just small. He's gonna have the easier corner on him. Yeah, he's gonna at least at the beginning, if he starts, like I think they said, like good luck trying to put a second corner on a second you know you're Devante Smith. Well, here's the other thing. Last year, and but here's the thing that people got to remember to like, like you just said, got her Smith, who's the third receiver? If you walkins question, if you don't records. They said, have a good camp, but I don't care about I think this. But here's the other thing that you gotta remember. So, like, say Smith starts lighting it up, you start double teaming him and you still trying to double team Brown. Then got it's gonna Feast. That's why I feel like this team has so many like you said, it depends on but if he can make the throws and get there, like it's gonna be a matchup nightmare where you might see one week got or goes for a ton. Then teams start planning for got her. So then Brown, like it's like pick your pois what I want to but I agree with you on what I want to see from hers is, obviously, outside of all the approvement and all that crap. I want to see him to be able to be able to throw with the better quarterbacks in this league. Like when you go against one of the better quarterbacks, quarterback and you have to throw the score. That's what I that's when I like when you have to throw, when the defense knows you're throwing. It's third and eight and they know you're throwing and you could complete that past the movie change. That's what I want to show. You know it's gonna be. You know it's gonna be the test there and ad the Vikings game, because the Vikings got a new offensive coordinator. They're gonna throw the ball a ton. That's gonna be a shootout type game, right, but that's gonna be a shootout type of game. Can you hang with someone like that? And cousins isn't the best quarterback, but cousins can. Dude. They're they're court. They got a new offensive coordinator, they get a lot of weapons. They can't play here. I'm not worried about feeling. You're not worried about feeling. Don't have what yards two years ago and what do you have? Last year he was hurt and there were some things going on that. Yeah, and you got cooked. I I they've got a good offense. Their offense is comfortable. Yeah, their offense is comparable. You guys just just you just went through the whole teams are gonna Force Him to throw. And then I just heard here that this team is gonna be able to throw all over everybody. When do you say? I know I'm saying. I'm saying the Vikings. I want to I'm I'm saying the eagles, like you guys made it sound like I don't have so many options. I don't think he can make the throws as the problem. So I want to see what he does against the Vikings. I think that's a game you gotta win like five or something. That's a shootout game. Second, earlier in the season, Blues, they brought Patrick Peterson, who's got nothing left. And Hey, when you say you want him to throw it the best, do you mean our secondary is? Do you want him to be like no, I'm just saying, like do you want him to be like like Josh Allen or my homes and put up three fifty, or you just want to see him different, make make the throw. So if they run for yards and four touchdowns and he has two hundred yards passing and one touchdown, but he makes the third down plays. Like what are you're saying? You want to see him throw with the best, like, what does that mean? Does he have to have games? But I can't have a hundred. I don't want a hundred an I don't want a hundred yards passing and I don't want to be able to make throws over fifteen yards in tight, tight windows in pressure situations. I don't care about third I don't care about the garbage stats. Third Down Past. You need a third nine. I need a first down throwing the ball. Minnesota's gonna Throw, ARIZONA IS gonna throw down, but none of wait, wait, let me pause right there. That's where. That's where Minnesota is gonna throw. Arizona doesn't have a really throw to. Dallas doesn't have anybody to throw too. They're both missing receivers, but their offenses it's geared to throw. They're not gonna be able to. They're not gonna be able to, maybe not against against his team. You Got Hollywood Brown in Arizona there. That's all, and he's gonna get suspended because he got arrested yesterday. But I'm just Hollywood Brown. These teams are they're throwing teams, they're they're more. Their statistics is more throwing than running. So in those games and no, in those spots, like herds, has got to show up with his army, you know, like Detroit. They can probably run against Detroit and be Detroit. Washington probably be tough, because that's how tough Washington is up from. Even though it hasn't lift up to the hype, still a lot of talent on that deep and they're gonna still want against you. I hate to say it, Washburg, Houston, Pittsburgh, the giants, but dude, so let's they're not. They're not. They don't like. He doesn't have to be special and beat those teams.

In my opinion, let's go let's go back to the Arizona. Beating teams doesn't prove anything. Go back to the Arizona in the Dallas team. Does he have to outthrow Murray? No, no, I'm not saying out throw him, throw with him. I'm just saying, like Murray typically is gonna have like two D two hundred, seventy yards, maybe a touchdown and pick or so like hurts. Can't be at like yes, like like it's got it's got to be comparable. He's got to be like, you know, to thirty to forty five. I'm not saying he has to out dual him. I need some threes, nate, I don't look, I want a three here and there, but that's what I'm saying. The NFL is three hundred yards. Is Two hundred yards ten years ago. Like, I don't want him to have like twelve rushes. Yes, you know what I'm saying. Like I want him to have like thirty and thirty five. I also want twenty five completions. I don't want eighteen completions, just passing, but like at least like his attempts need to be up. Yes, I agree there. I agree there. I just I'm not I'm not expecting him to go out and throw three fifty every week like you see guys like I need to borrow and Brady and well, that's that's who your elite quarterbacks are. That's who gets to the Super Bowl, that's who gets you to the next level. Yeah, right, I mean that's the issue. Yeah, that's in this league and that's where I think we're saying he's he's not a nope, he's not elite, but you gotta see the team. That's ee, you can win without elite. You know you're gonna point to false but no, I'm not gonna point the Trent dilfor I'm gonna Point to Trent Dilford was thirty years ago. He was not elite. It was. Yes, Matt Stafford's elite. Are you kidding that Stafford's a hall of Famer? Wow, look at his numbers. Are Serious right now? He's got I think he's got number numbers because he had to throw fifty times a game. I don't know that he's elite, Dude. A wait, I don't know that he's a hall of Famer. I think he's got four touchdowns. He's definitely for sure. Did he have a few years of five thousand yards? Ye, yes, he did, because it's all they did was throw the ball. He still did it. Nobody else did it correct. No one else did it Matt. Matt Stafford is a model Montan and Jerry Rice. Now I'm gonna Start Talking like Deacon, saying they're different eras, but I'm just saying like, are you mad because he has an elite receiver? No, I'm saying that's all they did was throw and they lost a Dan Marino didn't lost. You don't want to sue and he won the Super Bowl. Do I think Matt Ryan's elite? He's got more M v P S and Stafford. I think Stafford's a better quarterback right now and I think Stafford has had a better I think Matt Ryan Is. I think Matt Ryan is very much on the level. I think Matt Ryan Can. Can I say something? I think Matt Ryan is very equivalent to Donovan mcnabb. Not Elite, very good. No, should Michael Vick? No, Roethlisberger and Eli are getting in. Roethlisberger, Roethlisberg, Roethlisberger. Seriously about what you said. Roethlisberger over Eli are both. You're looking how good. They're both gonna get in, but you look at how good I'm not saying. I'm saying they look at how good the steelers were under Roethlisberger. How many divisions they want? The giants really had three or four him, three or four? Three or four good years under man. I'm not a giants fan and I don't really I don't like Eli at all, but he's a hall of favor. No, I'm not. I'm not disputing his hall of full credentials. He's clutch. Is He a hall of Famer? He absolutely. He has a hall. There's no quarterback with two rings. It's not in the hall of fame, I know. But should he be? Yes, those put you in the hall of fame. Tony Roelo is probably gonna get in it and he doesn't have a champion. I don't think Romo does it. Dude, Joe Names in the hall of fame. I know you're trying to get me going. I Joe Nameth that Joe Names has petitions of the guarantee. Because of the guarantee, because of the guarantee. Okay, Eli, should not you take away? Yes, Matt Stafford's a whole of famer. You take away Eli Super Bowls. You take away Eli Super Bowls. Is The hall of Famer. He's not a first ballot hall of Dude. He's wait, he's a veteran vote. Had best hold on best. But, Jim, you're just taking away a big part of his legacy. Yes, you are. You can't take away his two super bowl rains against because he didn't win him on his own. beat the Patriots twice. He made big, yes, and he beat the game. Bro Smitty and he beat the name and I could close my eyes and throw the ball like. Yes, he beat an undefeated patriots too, in the biggest game of the year. Doesn't matter. I think the second it was better than the first. So was it man...

Inhan? It might have been on the sideline. There one. I just don't think Stafford, you're out of your mind. He just want a super bowl. Are I think the super bowls what gets him into the hall of fame. Conversation. He got traded in one year and wanted one or super bowl. Give you a quarterback that got to the bow but what Jerikoff? Name another quarterback who and then took their team to the Super Bowl. It's gonna be Russell Wilson this year with Denver. They're not even gonna make the playoffs. Are She's gone in that division, the Denver Prom Vegas Yeah, best division in football. Yeah, that's gonna be a fun division. is going to be the worst? I don't think so. It might be. They need to figure if they can figure out the running game, they're gonna be dangerous. I think that's the proper credit for it's all because a car like he's yeah, guess what he's got Davante Adams. You know that connection you have with the dude from clumps? Yeah, that's what I'm saying, because they're gonna feed the ball to thet don't they're gonna forget about it because Davante is gonna get the ball the time. You Ain't see. Well, he played in college ball with Vante, so he's got that connection. I'm not saying he isn't. I'm saying if the only thing I think Vegas needs to figure out is the running game. If they get the running game, needs to figure out their players not getting drunk and getting arrested. They're good at that. Yeah, well, good luck with that. Right. The next one to go. I'd love to see the over under. What do you make it? Picks who? That's terrible. Derry Carr found Jesus and threw his drunk. All right, I have a I have a question. Maybe we could close out on this, because are you ready to go? You've done. When he takes the headphones off, that's that's that. For a long time time I got a little ear sweat. Here's here's a question that it's actually a question from Brody Um. You hear in Jordan Davis is looking good and you hear all these guys and others in the League chain. He's just a beast of a man. Is He is started by the end of the season? And if he is, whose place is he taking? He's going to start in different packages. I think he takes Fletcher spot. I'm gonna tell you right now. Here's a take. I don't think hardgraves or Cox is. I was so if he takes I would I would agree with you on Cox, I think. Yet well, I mean Cox took a pay cut to come back this year after they cut him. I understand. But, but, but listen, I think he might come back again, another lower one. Yeah, yeah, I think, I think I agree. Do you think hardgraves is coming back? Hard graves is different. He's not Fletcher. He's getting paid, saying but hard by the arm and he well, he started out that way right a minute and he trying to tell it off at the end of the season. But I agree he's but the whole defense younger were exposed. There's a lot. Greeves hasn't signed and the eagles usually signed that player. He's in the last Tamer. My guess is he's not going this year here next year. I think they got to figure out hurts. That's that's what's holding everything up. This deals almost already up. He's been here that long, three years, the three years, thirty nine millions, and it's with Rosenhaus. All right. Well, we'll see it. We'll see what happens. But but I think there are futures. Jordan, Davison and Williams. Listen, Williams listen, lashes, but I don't know if he's and I think that Kobe Dean takes over linebacker the year. Yes, he does. Will we'll see, taking it over from casier. That report was that he started switching in to see him ployee. It wasn't that. Here's the thing that people need to let's let's see him tackle something. Let's see him tackle somebody that we haven't tackle anyth the ground. He was the best linebacker in the country last year. They might have gotta steal with him. He's still behind in the defense, though I think it's gonna be by the end of the year him. I don't think it's just I don't think it's a disappointment. If Dean doesn't start, you gotta you gotta steal the end of the year. Him and white start. And here's another thing I'll tell you I don't like. Why are they using I don't like that. They're not. They're dropping Hassan Reddickin coverage. Look at his numbers. Every year he's rush to Passy eleven when they dropped in coverage. Three sacks. They've been. They've been in camp four days he does. What I've heard about Gannon is that it's going to be multiple fronts. It's gonna I think. That's all I'm saying. So I think that red get his chance to rush the path, but I don't think he's not a good but I'll reach linebacker. I want to be careful with Davis, though, because I think people think you could just plug and play. He's a...

...nose tackle. You gonna use them in certain situations, but I mean just like oh flesh and go right and you know what mean. I was critical flesh. It's not that I have years. I felt flesh was watched two years ago. But we have to be careful of how we just plug and play Davison, because Fletcher class is the best defensive alignment when the best defensive tackle far. I agree with you, but there comes a point where, like you know how the Eagles work? Certain I know, but there there's but they're two completely different players. If I was the eagles, I would bring back one of cocks or hard greaves. That's that's me like that. I don't think you. I don't think you just start going to have to choose between the two. But to nate's point, can't pay them. Hold on to nate's while Cox isn't gonna get a big deal at his age, he's gonna be going into this thirty third year, but I don't think he's gonna get as much. He has something. But you to nate's point. The value is also what he's doing and clogging up space, right, isn't that what you we gotta see him play. I know he's a mass. Size of both of those. He's a massive man. Is the biggest knock on him in Georgia is that he becomes very lazy. EA Defense, attack. Well, let's see what happens. So I'm excited by it. But if that's not Gannon's defense, though, he doesn't need to play off four. I'm excited to see him play three, no doubt. So here's one last question. But but I don't know. Do the Eagles Trade for Jesse Bates? No, no, I say yes. I think it depends, like I hate to take the COP I hate to take the cop out answer, but it depends, like if Cincinnati finally get to a point where they're like, we're not getting anything from him. So I would give one of the first no, I was thinking you gotta sign you have you have to sign him. I think you are up stiller. The dellars can cuss now, diller and cost that's we were talking about that earlier. I was hoping he'd be healthy. Anybody could take if you can sign him. I don't know why you guys are it's not I just stink like. I agree death, death of the line is important. My Lot has got a concussion right now. You're down to the left guard. You can't just here's the thing, Sam, the offensive line. That's your consistency, though. You can't just dump. He might he might not. He's also valuable. You also have an older Jason Kelsey. So Saym all is your backup center, like, I think J al can move the center if you need him. All right, if, if God forbid, Kelsey gets hurt, do you want the veteran. You want the second year guy or the first year guy playing center underneath the second year quarterback? You tell me. I'm not. I'm not really willing to dump, say, a mollow that trade a young linebacker with the pick. You Trade Davion Taylor. If that's wistful thinking, why would the bankals do that? I don't know. If they need they don't. I would give it too for Jesse Bates, conditional if I signed a two and a four of the following year. I think that gets it done. I don't think it gets I think they want more. They're not gonna get more, so they're gonna come to that's where I think you have to do. If Cincinnati, CINCEINNAT'S gonna have to get to a point four million guaranteed over the season. He Ain't playing there. Well, they're. They're going to run out of money too. They'RE gonna have to pay Barrow, they're gonna have to chase. Higgins is up, NIXON IS gonna be up. Going to be able to pay all them mixing? They just signed. They'RE gonna mixing. Just got an extension. Oh, chase is gonna get paid, but Gona Higgins, they're gonna let Boyd Walk Because Boyd Boyd's gotta be coming up on his I just think Jesse Bates and they're going to sign them. They would sign them training. I'm sure there's I'm sure there's twelve other teams that haven't needed safety. That probably you have more than anybody in the league. Listen, would I do it? Yeah, if I can sign them. Yes, they do it. You can't sign them until after this year. So if you get a high pick you need to almost work out. But I think that he would sign. I do because right now, listen, safety is our weak point on this team, woefully. Could you imagine? But he maybe, but maybe they're thinking though, but maybe they think they don't need him. And also the other thing that you think about two is it hurts gets to job them. You're set up next year to just show up that defense with the best safety and a draft and whoever else at a quarter to replace Pratt Perry. So you gotta hope parts doesn't. You got tons of capital and these next two years it's exciting. It is exciting and as we get closer it will be much more excitement. I'LL BE I'll be down at UM training camp next week on Wednesday, so maybe I'll have something to report on the show Thursday. More Free Brittany? Free Britney Spears. Are Free Brittany, grinder? Which one? Where you behind? More Rich, Free Brittany? I don't know. Everyone looks better?...

Is kind of a train wreck right now. It's but she got her freedom. But I know. Are you behind that movement? I couldn't have cared less. How's gonna say which everyone looks better in a schoolgirl uniform? No, was forty years old. A comment? Well, you know they there's something about some long legs, long legs around a short guy each other. You're shutting me down. See how it goes dat. He takes his headphones off, he starts giving, he stirs the Pod, trying to get out. It's giving me down here. I don't care. Starting we've been trust me, I'm the Apis the C D. All right, I think we're I think we're done. There's more, but we don't have good time for James Harden is cooking up a big season. Oh God, get it out of I'm all in. Ye, say all that. I want to our rest in peace, Bill Russell Vin scully. Um, I do have I do have a factor tonight that I think we'll get as we go out. So people who prefer twitter over instagram tend to be more educated, less likely to be narcissists, but more likely to suffer from insomnia. On twitter all the time. I know you guys are a big Fan. No, you're a big Fan, I'm a twitter. I've seen. I don't suffer from I left twitter because of the assinine arguments. I totally disagree with this statement. It was a fact that I'm not on I'm not on twitter at all. The only time I see twitters when you guys send a link. The only time I see twitters when you guys send a link. Here's another one and we'll close that with this one, and I don't Miss It. A man's beard grows faster when he's anticipating sex. Yeah, has your beard looking in their name.
